My room had just been cleaned as I had to wait and I went upstairs with the concierge as he has my case. It smelt of smoke and he went and got some air freshener and sprayed the room. Room was Non Smoking but was filled with tobacco odour. But later they changed the room Check-in staff was very rude and weirdly unfriendly Rooms are little cramped. Tamara staff was good 👍
