感想

全般的に綺麗で快適でまた行きたいと思えた。プールの水も綺麗。特にウサギやモルモットと触れ合えれるのはインドでは貴重。餌やりは係のおじさんがとても気持ちよくサービスしてくれた。部屋は過剰な期待はしない方がいい。フロントへ頼み事しても時間はルーズで30分は遅れてくる。ドライヤーが無くて頼んでも、部屋にケーキを予約してても散々フォローして30分かかった。自然な中での部屋なので仕方ないがかなり大きなゴキブリがバスルームに出て処置に困った。時間に余裕を持ってサービス予約する、虫やトカゲは仕方ないと割り切ればグルガオンからの週末旅行にはかなりオススメだと思う。食事はかなり美味しかった。

清潔で楽しめるホテル

子連れの宿泊に最適。馬乗やゴーカートなど楽しめました。屋外プールは広い。鳥系の動物たちが歩いていて可愛らしい。料理も満足出来ました。

Very enjoyable hotel near city

We have received our relatives from abroad and have spent some time over there. They include 2 years and 4 years kids also. They surely enjoyed this facility atomosphere and nature although it locates only 40 minutes drive from city.

子供連れも安心

テニス、公園、乗馬を家族で楽しめた。乗馬も１人６００ルピーと高いが、周回距離が長くそれなりかなと感じた。レストランのコンチネンタルのメニューが多いと良い。ビールの値段が高すぎ。

開放感のあるリゾートホテル。ただ室内の清掃がそれなり。

ホテル全体の建物、庭の配置についてはモルディブのリゾートホテルを思わせるような個別コテージ風、広い敷地、きれいな花々、人懐っこいエミューがいたりして解放感が高く大満足でした。ただし室内の清掃がいきわたっておらずここはインドのホテルとしてもレベルが低く原点です。（日本人としては部屋内では裸足でいたいのですが、それをする気にはなれませんでした）プールは非常に広く子供は大満足でした。メインレストランは普通のインド飯ですぐ飽きるので、日本人にはチャイナレストランがお勧めです。

Good hotel, but service level is..

デリーから2時間弱でとてもいいリフレッシュになります。ホテルの施設は非常にいいです。ただ、従業員の教育レベルが低く、かなりがっかりする場面が多く。。部屋の掃除もあまりできておらず。食事はいまいちで、従業員はろくに片付けないし、ハエが多くて、どっかの食堂状態。ハードはよくてもソフトがだめという典型. Good hotel in good location from Delhi. However, education level of emplyees seems too low. Many dissapointing scenes.

スタッフの態度に改善の余地あり。

デリーから車で90分で行けるリゾートホテルということでAll Inclusive PackageでVillaタイプに宿泊しました。途中到着するまでの道の状況が非常に悪く、赤子を抱っこ紐で抱えて乗車している状況では非常に辛くアクセスが良いとは言えない。またホテルのレセプション前に降車しバッグを下ろすのだが、このスタッフの対応が悪く、自分たちの荷物が道に置き去りにされており、結局自分で運ぶ羽目になった。 All Inclusiveであるのに、レストランでの飲み物は別料金になっておりこれについては非常に不満ある。All inclusiveではなく、食事付という表記に変えるべき。またvillaまでカートで移動するのだが、逆にレストランへの移動もカートで行かねばならずこのカートの配車が非常に遅い。20分待っても来ないので自分たちで歩いていった。また夕食の後のレストランの後もカートが無いので歩いて帰ったが、外灯が無いので真っ暗。道が良くわからず迷子になるか、道なき道を行ってしまう状況に陥る。一番ひどかったのが、その真っ暗闇の中を携帯電話で話しながらカートで戻ってくるスタッフがいて、このスタッフがカーブで我々に突っ込んできそうになった。こちらが叫んだので止まったが謝罪することも無く立ち去り、これがWestinのホテルのスタッフのレベルかと思うと情けなくなる。チェックアウトの際にその同じスタッフがカートでvillaまで迎えにきたが、エルメスのバッグの上にバギーのタイヤ部分を載せるという非常に乱雑な態度に辟易とした。この一人のスタッフのせいで非常にすばらしいVillaのインテリアとバスルームの雰囲気が台無しとなり、印象が非常に悪くなってしまったのは否めない。

快適なベッド、インドの中の異空間

デリー在中で、一時帰国前に一泊しました。ホテルまでの迪を車で移動中は、こんな何もないところにコテージ風のホテルがあるのかと思いきや、ガタガタの道を通り過ぎた先に、全くの異空間が広がっていました。部屋もコテージ風で、1棟１棟が独立しており、プライベート空間が保てます。ホテル自慢のベッドは大変気持ちよく、子ども達もこれまで泊まったホテルの中で、ＮＯ．１のベッドだと喜んでいました。バスタブにも久々にお湯を貯めて入れましたし、プールや遊具施設でも十分楽しめました。周りは何も無いので、施設内で楽しむといった場所です。残念な点は、ビュッフェスタイルのレストランが宿泊人数が少なかったため、急遽無くなっていたということです。ですが、ランチ、ディナーとも子ども達はたくさんのサービスをしてもらいました。ちょっとした休暇に、また泊まりたいホテルです。

リゾート感がとてもいいです

周りにはなんにもないところですが、敷地の中はリゾートに来た気分に浸れました。部屋はそれぞれが個別のコテージで我が家は４人家族なので（子ども９歳６歳）２ベッドルームの広々とした部屋でした。内装も、雰囲気もとてもいいお部屋で、暖炉があり寒い時期にも来てみたいと思いました。　敷地内はカートで移動も出来ますが歩いて１周しても３０分くらいでいい散歩になります。馬や、アヒル､ニワトリ、ウサギ､ヤギなどがいて子どもは喜んでいました。ホースライドも出来ました。スポーツの施設の色々あり泳げる季節のプールはとても良いと思います。　スパもメニューが色々ありとてもくつろげる空間でした。また行きたいと思います。

Terrible service and cleanliness

The standards have really deteriorated. we checked in at 3 however got the room only by 4:30 PM and was still being cleaned. The next day too despite repeated requests the rooms were cleaned only by 6 pm which meant sitting in unmade rooms. The cleanliness was horrible and no replenishment for towels, toiletries, one had to call them for everything. There were no glasses in the room and the service was very delayed. Honestly the staff (housekeeping and team at the restaurant) were really stretched and were trying their best to cope but it is sheer mismanagement on the hotels behalf. Horrible experience and feel bad for the staff that has to endure the criticism from the guests due to lack of service and cleanliness. will not visit again.

Amazing customer service and overall hospitality. The food is delicious and the chefs are very helpful in customizing the dishes e.g we asked for gluten free and lactose free meals and it was prepared for us.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE Overall experience was pathetic except food. Food was nice. The rooms cleanliness and hygiene were badly compromised. It was like u r staying in some cheap lodge with lot of insects and lizards in ur room and rooms and around ur is all flooded. There is sever problem with electricity and also fittings in bathroom are also leaking. Everything was brought to the notice of Manager and other staff, but they are all helpless and are only sorry and nothing more they can do. They must refund my room rent and give a written apology. ONE SHUD CHOOSE HOTEL OTHER THAN WESTIN SOHNA ROAD.

Excellent hospitality

The outstanding experience is due to the excellent team. Each staff member makes one feel welcome and special. From the reception desk to Amit , who drives the golf cart , the chef or the team that serves in the restaurant ( have to mention Ali - and Pritam the manager and Sanaa). It was the peak of summer but the rooms are cool and we relaxed in the calming ambience. The heavenly spa is beautifully constructed. I particularly loved the room called the sanctuary and spent some quiet time in it.

Its a good property. It should improve and make the main coffee shop bigger as it caters to main lunches/dinner/Bf and gets over crowded. Also the food is on the expensive side, specifically the cost of the buffet are not justifiable or worth it. The gym should be better maintained and manned . It was like a hot furnace inside the gym.
