「Good communication with the host very accommodating, location close to Atlantic Ave, about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Older complex unit had some updates bathroom needs some work.」

「This is an affordable place to stay with a pet. Positives were the place was clean and quiet. As cute as it was remodeled , it still had the disadvantages of an older property such as low water pressure, door sticking and window ACs. We enjoy our short stay and it met our needs.」

Great location! Beach is directly across the street, really nice restaurants within a 5 minute drive, golf course beside the condo building. 「The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things...

「Great food nearby (the Polo Room is outstanding!), grocery across the street, easy to walk or bike everywhere! We never left Palm Beach. I felt safe here, especially if I were to go back solo.My only complaints are that the decor is not good. Random pictures, really just needs updating. I would also have complimentary bathroom items, not just a tiny bar of soap and one tiny container of shampoo/conditioner. Just to add some class. Something that should be mentioned in the description is that...

「Everything about our stay at the Coral Reef King Suite was perfect...the suite itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated...the entire property is lovely. The pool is a gem surrounded by beautiful landscaping. This was our 3rd year at the Coral Reef Suite...we look forward to returning soon! 」
