This place was truly amazing! So much room! The view was beautiful and the balcony was the best!! Weather wasn't great, so we spent most of our time either on the balcony or sitting right in front of the doors. Everything was clean and comfortable. This corner unit provided spectacular sunsets!

Highly recommend this property! It was our first time staying on the main strip and it was super convenient to get to all the places we wanted to go. The space was perfect for our family of 6. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the views were amazing.

Good time with family.

Everything went great, until we were leaving and the lock code changed about 9:15, I was out on the balcony and my husband could not get back in because the the code did not work. He did not have his phone and I did not hear him banging on the door.

Great views, clean, great location, everything you would want and need for a great beach vacation. Easy communication with property manager, easy check in and check out. Kitchen was stocked perfectly. Plenty of room for our group of 6.

This is our fourth stay at the San Carlos Building in Gulf Shores, and this unit is our favorite. It is clean, spacious, and has excellent views. We have already booked for 2026. The furniture on the balcony and throughout the unit is fantastic and comfortable. The San Carlos Building is well-maintained, and the common areas have always been clean. The workout room was exceptional. It is an easy walk to lots of establishments. Looking forward to our return.

annual Fall vacation

We especially loved the ice maker. The furniture on the patio was very comfortable and plentiful. We stay twice a year at the San Carlos and love the location. I use the gym nearly every day. Management very easy to contact. Very nice condo!

Gulf Shores Vacation

The BEST!

We really enjoyed this place! It’s by far the best place we’ve stayed while vacationing in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area! We stayed during the 4th of July. The view of the fireworks were breath taking. Very private and BIG balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and gift shops! I highly recommend this place! We hope to stay here again next year!

Wonderful view!

It's always nice to go to a rental and things to go as planned. This rental has a spectacular view. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked, king beds were comfy. The only negative thing I i have to say is the bottom bunk bed was not a good mattress. Hopefully they will change this. But overall we loved it! Can't wait to stay again!

Amazing property- highly recommend

Very clean! This property exceeded our expectations! There were 9 of us and plenty of room for our large group. The photo's on the listing arent updated, and thats a shame because it was even better in person with a large sectional that was so comfortable and beautiful patio furniture. It being a corner condo was awesome, and made the balcony view awesome. I will say check in time was rough, so if you wait 1-2 hours after check in time it might be better. It was very packed, no where to park, and when you do find parking (mainly the unloading 30 min spots) people park behind you and block you in. This happened to multiple people. And you'll be waiting for the elevators for 15 min or longer. Other than that, the rest of the time was amazing. Walking distance to surf shops, The Hangout (which is a must) and even if we drove due to the heat there was ice cream shops, etc all within a couple minutes drive. When we go again we will definitely be booking this condo.

AMAZING

We stayed a week and had the best time! The condo was roomy and beautiful. The weather was perfect, water was perfect. Hadn't been to beach in 16 years and this place did NOT disappoint. Definitely hope to come back some day.

Superb!

Talk about a view! We really enjoyed our time at this property. Everything was clean and communication from property management was great. Our children had plenty of space and nap times for our toddler didn’t leave anyone out; sitting on the balcony made it easy to enjoy the beach! We are thankful we were able to stay here and would do so again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and clean. The view was amazing I love staying in a corner room. Also the walk to the beach was not far at all.
