It's a 5 minute walk to the beach or a quick drive! Want a break from the sand? The Rookery has 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, outdoor grilling areas, and a place to park your boat! And, there’s so much to do in the area- Checkout the guidebook! Fun for everyone! The possibilities are endless!

Screened in porch that overlooks a small pond. Open concept living and kitchen area. 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 bedroom with queen bed and bathroom, 1 bedroom with king bedroom. 1 bathroom that opens in to main living area as well as king bedroom.

Brand new dishes, utensils, and cookware as well as a brand new grill. All new linens in bedrooms.
