    The Space - Sleeps 7 Comfortably
    Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with plush bedding, private en-suite bathroom, and direct balcony access for breathtaking Gulf views.
    Bedroom 2: Twin over full bunk bed in a charming beach-inspired space, perfect for kids or extra guests.
    Living Room: Sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations in the open-concept living area.
    Parking: Parking passes are purchased from a link sent via email, then picked up at the front desk on site. Only 2 (two) parking passes are available for each condo. Not included in reservation cost.

    BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

    RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

    NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

    AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years old to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

    CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

    CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

    MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

    PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes max-to be purchased via link sent after booking- not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

    CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.

    WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Snowbirds staying for a month. Things we loved: Ocean view, saw dolphins almost everyday. Condo was clean and well stocked. Location is great. Amenities were good.

Everything was great! Had a wonderful time. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the master bedroom mattress was too firm for my liking. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great View

We loved our stay in the Phoenix 1. The view was spectacular with doors to the balcony in our bedroom and the living room. The rooms were all spacious, and neatly decorated. We hope to return someday soon!

Awesome views of the Gulf!

Great condo with lots of amenities. Good parking, clean and well appointed unit. 9th flood provides awesome views of beach and the Gulf. The large balcony is the star. Bathroom shows evidence of a previous leak from the unit above and the beds aren't the best. There really is plenty of room for 6 people.

First timers

We loved the orange beach area. With our condo right on the beach that made it even better. Amazing sun rises and sun sets were amazing. Our condo room was great, only comments we had that were negative was that it could use some updates with the kitchen utensils and some of the damages to the cabinet in the bathroom. Overall we had a great stay. Pool side was great for the kids when we got tired of the beach! Thanks again!

Great location

Great condo tastefully decorated, well laid out, nice sized patio to enjoy the sound of the waves. One recommendation is to invest in a foam topper for the King sized bed. Felt like we slept on plywood which proved to not be restful @ all.

Great Location for kiddos

We enjoyed our vacation at the Phoenix. The condo was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. It had a pool (w shade) and a splashpad on way to the beach. Our only downfalls and reason we gave only 4 stars is the beds were not overly comfortable and the elevator takes forever. They only had 1 working elevator for all the condos and it was on the small side so you would have to wait awhile to go up or down.

Long Weekend

We loved the area & being directly on the beach. The condo itself was interesting. It looked as though they remodeled one half, then ran out of time or money & had not completed the project. The living area needed a love seat, more seating options, besides the hard dining furniture. It suited our needs for a long weekend, but would have wanted more room for 4 adults/1 teen for more time than that.

Nice Getaway

This was our first time at Orange Beach and it did not disappoint. The condo was nice and we loved the view! The bed was too firm and the master bath has a few touches that needed updating (like an actual shower curtain). The kitchen was functional and again it would have been nice to have a better coffee maker and other utensils. The patio furniture was not comfortable and made it difficult to sit outside for any extended period of time. We loved the pool and beach access.

The condo has a great location with very convenient beach access, a safe and family-friendly area, and a balcony we really enjoyed. Unfortunately, the unit itself had several issues. The floors were dirty at check-in (though the manager had them cleaned the next day), only about half of the outlets worked, the door frames were damaged, and most of the door knobs were loose. We also noticed water damage and visible black mold under the kitchen sink, which was concerning.This condo has potential, but it definitely needs better maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

The room was exactly as pictured and the amenities were great. However, on the first two nights, the front guest room had a strong odor of piss the sheets and the comforter were strong with the odor. It seemed like the mattress had been pissed a few times. Upon notifying the booking agency, they were able to provide a new quilt and sheets for the mattress. Also, the table looked like it had not been touched by anyone in on the cleaning staff.

Would stay here again but some simple things like light could be upgraded or just changed. Simple things like instructions what the TV was connected to light switches being up or down wasn’t written anywhere so it took time to figure out why TV didn’t seem to be working and figuring out which light switches went to which lights were overly complicated.

Great view

Everything about our stay was great, except for the lack of kitchen supplies. We barely had any spoons, the ones we did have were tea stirring spoons - skinny with long handles - kind of hard for eating cereal. We did have plenty of glasses and plates but everything else was a hodge podge of old utensils that looked like they had been around for years. The knives were really dull and there were no potholders. We used a bath towel to get our spinach dip out of the oven. This is also the first VRBO I have been to where there were no coffee filters - had to make another trip to the store. This is a great condo if you don't plan on spending much time in the kitchen - and can buy plastic spoons! I will say the view from the balcony and the ease of checking in and out made up for the kitchen shortcomings.
