Beach Front + Gulf Balcony + Bordering State Park

Come stay with us! This 6th floor, 1 bedroom and 2 full bathroom condo, overlooks the beautiful Gulf. It's the best location in Gulf Shores, with unspoiled views and less crowded beaches to the east since it's located directly adjacent to the Gulf State Park. Yes, that means you have no other buildings to the left of you, so get ready for a top notch view. Only a 10 minute walk to the Gulf State Park pier. Equally close to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores attractions.

The condo sleeps 6 and has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, and 2 twin size bunk beds that are perfect for the kids. There are granite countertops throughout, with a tiled shower, and stainless appliances.

There are TVs in the living room and the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook practically anything!

One parking pass is included with your reservation. You may purchase 1 additional parking pass if needed. There are a maximum of 2 passes allowed per reservation.

What a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Next to the State Park was perfect. The condo is very clean and well-decorated. The amenities at the complex are great. The view from the deck is breathtaking. Our favorite visit was to the Navy Air Museum in Pensacola. Highly recommend the condo.

The property was exactly as pictured. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the location is our favorite in Gulf Shores as the beach is less crowded since it borders the state park. We would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a small condo!

This property was perfect for my wife and I! Location was great, the condo was extremely comfortable. Jenna was a great host and answered our messages quickly. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The grounds, pool areas, parking lot and common areas were kept very clean. We are definitely gonna book again next year!

Oceanfront Getaway: Beach Condo Review

It was an experience in peace and convenience at the beachfront condo, where the ocean greeted us with soothing waves and a fresh sea breeze. Nestled next to a state park, we enjoyed uncrowded beaches and prime fishing spots right at our doorstep. It was the perfect peaceful getaway!

We stayed for Hangout Fest , checked in Friday and left Monday. The condo was just as described and the photos matched perfectly. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were to die for. The location of everything was perfect. The host were quick to respond to any questions, super friendly and provided any info that was needed. They even sent over a map of closed roads in the area due to the music festival which was so helpful.

Great Place to Stay

I would highly recommend this place. The condo was as described - very clean, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We have stayed at Royal Palms before but we enjoyed this condo. It seemed more updated. The owners were quick to respond on a question we had. Our only feedback would be - black out curtains for the bedroom. The light from outside the door is very bright - all night.

Great location and we really enjoyed our stay

Perfect location! Great space for 2 adults and small kids but it would be tight for 4 adults. The bathrooms are tiny!! Master bath has a new walk-in shower but the bathroom itself was really small and no counter space in either bathroom. Very small vanities. Recliner was great but sofa has seen better days. All in all we were real happy with it all!!! The owners were amazing to get in contact with and very helpful!
