「There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. 「The only issue was the check in. Didn’t receive any notification on the code to enter the door. I reached out to owner and he replied immediately. The person that was supposed to provide only did so when I was settled in. 」

The unit was clean and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
