「When I checked in the hotel was renovating. I requested a room on the fourth floor or lower. I ended up on the third floor. The staff did not inform me that right next to my room, is where the renovation was taking place. Sheetrock was tracked through out the carpet in my floor. Otherwise, the room was nice and spacious.」

「Everything was lovely the rooms were clean and fresh smelling linen and the bathroom was clean and very modern the pool area was very clean and relaxing the front desk staff Nikia was so friendly & helpful. The server Steven in the restaurant called 32 Steakhouse provided excellent service. The only thing that was an issue is that there were no microwaves in the rooms & if you wanted 1 you had to pay $33.00 for use of 1 in your room to me that was a bummer but outside of that everything was...

「Overall, it was a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. The main downside was that our elevator was not working the entire 6 days we were here and having to pay $73/day in resort fees makes me think they should have fixed it promptly. We had to climb 4 flights of stairs every time we left our room. Also be warned that they put a $200 hold per night on your credit card which I was not aware of. So $1000 was immediately taken from my bank account which I had intended to use for spending money....
