"My family's overall experience at Margaritaville was excellent; our children have had a great time each visit. The staff are extremely helpful and my experience with each one we encountered was great. My advice to anyone going to the water park; although there is free seating, spend the extra money to sit in the reserved section. If I could change one thing, it would be the beds and pillows, they are subpar compared to the rest of the property. The beds aren't the least bit comfortable and the pillows look fluffy but fall flat. With a property that offers such a wonderful experience in every other aspect, the bedding needs to be addressed."
