Top Gulf City Mall Hotel Reviews
Hyatt Regency Trinidad
10/10 Excellent
"Outstanding hospitality and professional service – Highly recommend! As a first-time traveler to Trinidad, I truly appreciated the incredible hospitality at the Hyatt Regency Port of Spain. During my stay, I experienced a brief scare when I returned to my room and found the door standing ajar. Thankfully, after checking my belongings, I discovered that absolutely nothing was missing. I immediately contacted reception, who promptly connected me with the security team. The security personnel were extremely professional. Following their investigation, the security manager on duty called me back right away to reassure me and explain exactly what happened. He informed me that the room attendant had simply failed to fully close the door after servicing it, and assured me he would bring it to the housekeeping manager's attention to prevent it from happening again. Their swift, transparent communication completely put my mind at ease. On a brighter note, the dining experience was fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp Rasta pasta by the water while a live musician entertained the crowd. The entire food and beverage team was incredibly attentive and friendly. Despite the minor housekeeping oversight, the staff's professionalism and the beautiful atmosphere made this a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Port of Spain!"

3-bedroom Home with Private Jacuzzi
10/10 Excellent
"Once the apartment was booked, communication with the host was almost immediate. Ms. Sue was kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process, checked up on us, and ensured we had all we needed. She was available at any time we needed her and was always pleasant; even after we departed, she contacted us to inquire about our safe arrival. The environment was quiet, safe, and peaceful. If you are looking to enjoy a nice quiet vacation without the noise, and is not far from all the major areas, then this is the apartment for you. Satisfied customer."
The Creation Suites
10/10 Excellent
"I stayed there with my son while we was visiting Trinidad. The owner was very welcoming and réactive. The room we had was a high quality with everything we needed (and Even more) . There is an outside Space on the first floor and we could Park our car . We Even were able to use a washing machine which really helped us out. This is a high Value place for the price we paid. I recommend it and would definitely come back next time i am on the island."
