「I’ll start with the good- it was the perfect spot for us for vacation. The property was very clean and had plenty for us to do. We walked to the water and played in the pool and stopped for ice cream a couple times. The setup was great! The mattress however was awful. I felt like I was sleeping in hole- mostly because I was. So that part was definitely a let down. I didn’t rest well the entire trip but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would likely go back again one day! 」

「I stayed here for a girls trip. It is about 2 blocks from the ocean. The pool in the back is nice. It is a quiet area with a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to messages. I do wish they supplied more toilet paper and towels. The loft is a little scary to climb into. Lots of stairs in and out of the home so be prepared if you have trouble climbing steps. Overall a fun stay.」

「The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during...

「If your idea of camping is in a luxury category then this place is for you! The location and the house are absolutely magical, you have a small shallow water private beach, a very long dock, you can have a private dinner, a nice cigar, or a glass of champagne while enjoying a stunning sunrise or sunset. 「We were in town for just that, my daughter's graduation and we secured this condo back in February for this occasion. The host was super helpful, she even offered payments in segments. The property was fully stocked with every need right down to beach chairs, beach towels, even hand lotion. It really was move in ready for us. I would most assuredly use this host and this property for your Pensacola Beach vacation and/or family function!!!」

「The condo was in a beautiful location. Amazing sunsets. It was quiet and we felt very safe walking the sidewalk to and from the beach at night. 2 balconies to enjoy the view from. One is private for the room and the other is shared. Steep, shallow stairs inside building and inside room, not a problem for us but it may be for someone else so I felt the need to mention. Excellent communication with property manager. We would definitely use Emerald Coast Getaways again!」

「The unit was very nice - well maintained and very comfortable. A few issues with traffic - but it was spring break - so that's expected. Only issue we had was the "whistle". It was very windy 3 of our 4 nights, and there was a very pronounced whistle throughout the unit - enough to wake you up at night when the wind gusted. Not sure if it's around the door seals, or up between the ceiling and the roof. But when you open the door it goes away - so could be the door - or opening the door...

「This property had everything we needed for an amazing family vacation. Its a short walk to the beach, and there's a pool too. We loved that it came with not only a kitchen stocked with everything we needed but also beach towels and sand toys! The washer and dryer were great to have with having such a large family staying for a week. Theres even blow dryers in the bathroom (i forgot mine)! And to top it off the welcome basket was such a welcoming touch and had some things we forgot too! My kids...

「After getting to our room we discovered that the AC was not working. So I called the front desk and within 5 minutes we were brought keys to a new room with working AC. I appreciate how quick and easy the process of switching rooms was. 」

「家族4人と犬2匹での滞在です。ビーチまでは程いい距離で、ダウンタウンにも15分以内です。近くにはスーパーもあり便利です。まだ新しい事もあり、施設全体的にかなり綺麗でした。お部屋はミニキッチン、ソファー付きの長期滞在型でした。とても快適に３泊を過ごせました！ランドリー乾燥機が故障し、少し残念でしたがそこだけです。ドッグフレンドリーで、スタッフの方も感じが良かったです。ペンサコーラ最高でした！」
