This townhome is all on one level so access is simple with no stairs.

Clean linens plus extra are available as well as any other amenities you can think of: electric tea kettle with herbal teas, coffee maker and starter coffee/decaf/sugar provided, a 42" television & free Wifi, starter shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fresh towels are waiting for you in each bathroom.

No smoking in the unit (if smoke odor is detected by our teams upon departure an additional $125 per night will be billed to you). Thank you in advance.

We will initiate all available measures through Airbnb to remediate any damage to the property such as the smell of smoke, discolored towels or sheets, or any other damage to the property and it's contents. This includes excessive cleaning required to get the place back in the condition it was in when you arrived.

1. Please wash your dishes / load and start the dishwasher before you leave us and take out the trash.

2. No parties, or large gatherings much beyond your stated number of guests.

3. No smoking.

4. Please use the water spigot on the side of the building to rinse any sand off of your self, your kids, and any beach gear, etc.
