La Bergerie du Cougou is a small cottage located in the right wing of the owners' 19th-century manor house, in the heart of the countryside, in absolute peace and quiet, surrounded by the horses of the neighboring stud farm, 1 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 13 km from Redon, and 35 km from the beaches.

Private outdoor area opening onto the charming enclosed 7000 m² park, equipped with a pétanque court and a badminton net. Electric vehicle charging point/socket.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living/dining room with a wood-burning stove (high-quality sofa bed 140x190 cm) and separate WC.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a sloping ceiling (1: double bed 180x200 cm, 2: two bunk beds 90x200 cm) and bathroom/WC. Included amenities: Wi-Fi, baby cot/high chair/stair gate, clothes dryer, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, bed linens, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and firewood.
Pets allowed: dogs only (maximum 2 dogs - €10/day and a €300 deposit).
