Built in 1907 and designated a historic landmark, the building was restored with great attention to detail and converted into a small boutique hotel in 2007.

The hotel features four individually decorated rooms, each furnished with great attention to detail, featuring spacious bathrooms and shower areas. The floors are wheelchair-accessible and can be reached via an elevator.
