This is our second time staying at Terrazas. The hotel is conveniently located but security is needed and provided. The suites are spacious and clean. The staff very accommodating. The last morning of our stay, we had an early flight, we had no hot water. That's the only negative mark. Cold shower at 5am it's a little sad.

Off the beaten path, but still within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Uber to the city was $4. The locals did not speak any English but were very helpful and welcoming!!🇪🇸🇺🇸

Muy buenas instalaciones. Super amplias y cómodas. Un aire acondicionado grandísimo. Buen gusto. No hay servicios de desayuno ni almuerzo. Queda un poquito retirado del centro, pero puede manejarse con taxi.

24 days of peace and quiet. Super clean. Super respectful staff. So close to Everything, but off the beaten path. Easy walk to restaurants and be excellent shopping. Washer and dryer on site. Apartterrazas is the best place I ever stayed.

great stay at a great place

The loft was spotless, lovely setup for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and polite always will to help you with what ever you need. The own arranged for the taxi to pick me up from the airport, it was a late flight and did not arrive on time so the taxi driver wanted more money for waiting for me,one of the staff heard the conversation and told the owner the next day. The own who speaks excellent english asked us to explain what happened, when hearing what took place he called the taxi company and got the extra that we payed back. We had to go to the visa office to talk to them about a visa, they asked us to write a letter and have it translated to spanish to submit. The owner offered to translate the letter for us and print it for us at no cost to us, this was much appreciated. Can not thank them enough for the help and kindness, will definitely be staying with them again. Great restaurants in the area as well.

Your Guayaquil Destination

This lodging was amazing! It’s not in the main area of town so it’s very quiet. But there are many restaurants in walking distance including Chinese, Crab, burgers and local choices. There is a beautiful outdoor patio area, too. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the owner speaks English. We will definitely stay there again!

They had recently renovated the site; when I had made the reservation I was promised it would sleep 6, in the end it really only slept 5 people which made the sleeping arrangements tight. It is very difficult for the taxis to find the suites and it is not near anything central in Guayquil.

Short stay in GUE before flight to Peru

Bussed from EC Highlands to GUE for flight to Peru. Need room for 2 nights. Location is off beaten path, no taxi knew it, so GOOG Maps saved us. Taxis finally found it. Gated exterior staffed 24 hrs., for in & out access. Short walk to local main drag for dining...OK food. Action is along Malecon, or boardwalk, $5US taxi away. See Iguana park, aka Parque Bolivar, where can see all the Iguanas you ever wanted. The Museo Antropologico was a bummer, as during advertised, confirmed OPEN hrs., we walked there (long way), to find it closed.
