It’s a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. I was happy I chose this place. The couches were broke down but all in all loved my stay. Highly recommend.

Good stay in quiet neighborhood

House was cozy and comfortable. Easy check-in and very good communication by host. It’s on a dead end so quiet and felt safe. One thing that wasn’t On the listing is that they have a big trailer on the property on the right side of the home so we really didn’t have yard space and it appeared that someone was either living in the trailer or spending lots of time there. Other than that the property matched the listing. We did enjoy our stay and appreciated the flexibility of the host.

Wonderful property

The property was just like listed. The owner Michael was very polite and very assertive with anything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip. The home is beautifully maintained and it was perfect for our family. Looking forward to staying there again.

Pleasant

Overall, a good experience at this property. Upfront information regarding the hot water would be helpful and a hair blow dryer and a safe for storing valuables would be nice additions. The only major disappointment was the fact that we went 3 days without the internet & TV channel service before it was resolved. Otherwise, the home was just what we needed.

Vacation stay

It was my first time booking they Vrbo and I am glad I did. The directions to the address were easy to follow. The home was just as shown on photos. The owner attended our needs very quickly when their was a problem with the internet and fixed it quickly. The home was very clean. I would definitely recommend this home.

Best spot in Guayama

This is a delightful 3bdrm house that was recently remodeled, quiet and felt secluded. With mountains in the distance, the surrounding area really gives you that authentic PR feel. The beaches are close and everything you need is a short drive away. This was a great stay for my family and I. Pedro was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place
