良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度
とにかく広々泊まりたい方向け
スタッフはとても感じが良い人ばかり。 ただ、2人での利用だがアメニティ（シャンプ・リンス・クリーム・シャワーキャップ・靴スポンジ・石鹸）やボトル水・コーヒーセットは1人分しかなく、スリッパもバスロープも無し。スイーツ使用でとにかく広々としているという利点以外は特におススメポイントなし。日曜夜に関していえば外出するには静かでどこも閉店しており少し危険のある場所。レストランはホテル的な値段、味は普通。地下駐車場はとても急なので乗用車はお腹あたるかも。

The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are with cold water, they should take care of that because the hotel it’s convenient with a good location for the tourists, breakfast ia good and nice restaurant with a great waterfall

My wife and I have been using this hotel for about 10 years and I think it is time to find a new place. Have never been treated so poorly as we did this time. A new person at the desk needs a course in how to treat regular customers.
