The hotel definitely looks better on pictures than in person. Rooms have terrible finish from the flooring to bathrooms. It’s definitely camping at its finest. It’s pretty much an aluminum frame tent. Bathroom sink has no hot water option.Keep in mind this is an outdoor shower so you can plan accordingly for at night and or under elements. Its imposible to keep floor dry in bathroom let alone room. On Expedia room listed as heated and A/C there’s no heating just heated blanket so you can only be warm if your laying in bed or completely covered in your room. As stated above you will be in a tent so expect a bug or two inside your tent. As far as the good goes Staff is great probably one of the best I have experienced they go above and beyond. The food and drink also very good no complaints there at all.

Perfect guatape experience at bosko

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel, rooms, food. Would have been 5 stars if they had a bidet in every toilet. The view from the room was amazing! Such a premium that it has its own dock so we did the lake tour as well.

What a great experience, gorgeous property offering an experience that's truly unique in the middle of nature. Best shower of my life in the outside in the sunlight lol. The tents get cold at night and there is no heater, just heated blankets in the bed. There were nights where we were really cold and there was nothing we could do about it. Bring socks and sweatshirts and sweatpants and you might be good. The food in the restaurant is delicious and so beautifully presented, the food is a 5/5 including the in-room breakfast.

Amazing place. Tranquil, sophisticated yet easy going. The food is out of this world. Close enough to town to walk (20 ish minutes). 5 min TukTuk ride to town is about $2.

To be honest- our entire stay revolved around the food at this hotel. We couldn’t wait to go back down to the restaurant each day and taste something new. I have never eaten at a restaurant five times in a row and everything I ordered was perfection. It was really the highlight of our stay. They upgraded us to a room that had a private hot tub— this was sooooooo nice. All we did was soak in the hot tub, relax and eat. The town of Guatape itself was underwhelming— but our stay at the hotel made up for it!

The best retreat i’ve ever had! It’s absolutely mind blowing, such attention to details, everything you might need is already taken care of. For example a heated mattress in the room in case it gets cold at night, an umbrella in case it rains. At night they light up a bonfire to roast marshmallows! The infinity pool is of a perfect temperature and the views are stunning. The breakfast that you can order to your room is beautifully presented. I can’t say enough, we fully recharged and so grateful for this experience!
