Such a beautiful view of La peidra del peñol. Staff was amazing! Very kind and attentive. The property is beautiful inside and out. Beautiful views, amazing service and memories that'll last a lifetime!

Although the Mountain View and the view of El Peñol was beautiful, and the actual property was nice, the room was unsatisfactory. The bathroom was awkwardly located with a translucent sliding door as a door to the bathroom. Dead flies were found on the sheets as well as some other stain. One hand towel for a room for 4 people. No garbage cans available.

I couldn't make it past one night

The hotel is a bit off the main road and the name signs don't match the name on the booking sites. Being from a warm climate I simply couldn't tolerate the cold shower. Not a drop of hot (or even warm) water was to be had. I left after the first night of what was supposed to be a 3 night stay despite their nonrefund policy. Life is too short for cold showers.

Avoid! Terrible service and rooms.

We had trouble finding the hotel because they changed their name. Once we arrived it was clear that there was a lot of construction going on outside. The owners are making the outside Insta pretty, but they would be better off focusing on good service and updating the rooms. It took 40 minutes to check, they weren't expecting.We unfortunately had prepaid otherwise we would have left, since there was dust and construction noise everywhere. We had 3 rooms and all were dated and smelled terible. They had placed cheap smell sticks in the rooms to cover up the moldy smell, but the sweet berry mixed with the damp smell just made it worse. The rooms are decorated with dusty fake branches with flowers and spiderwebs. The headboard is made of iron with lights attached to them, making it impossible to sit up in bed and lean back. The only outlet is under the bedside table close to the floor at an uncomfortable angle to plug in.The shower didn't drain and because of the poor building design, the bathroom and my room very quickly flooded as I was washing my hair and didn't notice that instead of draining, the water was spilling onto the floor. The water went as far as to reach under my bed and it soaked my backpack. When I told the staff what happened, I got a long explanation as to why the shower flooded, but no apology. And to make a bad morning worse, they serve instant coffee at breakfast,which they make in the blender.
The branches on the wall that had spiderwebs. I would also get my hair caught in them as they hang quite low and stick out.
Uncomfortable and noisy headboards and the lights don't even work.
