Welcome to your seaside retreat in the heart of Guarujá!

This charming apartment, with its prime beachfront location on Pitangueiras Beach, is perfect for those seeking comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable family stay.

The apartment features a cozy bedroom equipped with a double bed and a trundle bed. The living room has a sofa bed that accommodates two children or one adult, as well as a rollaway bed (ideal for a child) and a 42-inch TV with high-speed Wi-Fi. We also provide an armchair/mattress that can be used on the floor as needed.

The American-style kitchen is equipped with basic household utensils such as pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, and a coffee maker. Among the appliances, you will find a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and other items that facilitate meal preparation. There is also a small service area with a washing machine and sink.

To enjoy the beach in comfort, we offer three beach chairs. The condominium also provides one beach umbrella per apartment, which can be requested directly at the reception. Security is guaranteed with 24-hour concierge service.

We accept one small pet per rental, provided it is trained to relieve itself in a designated area. An additional fee applies for pets, so please remember to include your pet in your reservation. We hope you and your four-legged companion enjoy your stay together.

We offer a parking space in a nearby building, just a few blocks from the apartment. For added convenience, it is possible to park temporarily in the building to unload luggage.

Please bring your own towels and sheets. We provide some blankets and pillows for your use during your stay. For your convenience, we suggest the following sheet sizes: standard double bed for the main bed, single bed for the trundle bed, rollaway bed, sofa bed, and double or queen (preferably without elastic) for the sofa bed.
