Ótimo apartamento, boa localização bem próximo a praia, apartamento espaçoso com boas mobílias, local bem privilegiado perto de bares e restaurantes, mercados, unica ressalva é que os alugantes não podem utilizar a piscina, regras do condomínio, mas de resto tudo perfeito, com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar nele.

O apartamento e o prédio são muito bons, e bem próximo da praia, tudo muito bem conservado e o atendimento do proprietário e dos zeladores são ótimos. Estive com minha família em 14 dezembro 2016 e gostamos muito, fiquei surpreso com o capricho que estava arrumado o apartamento e extremamente limpo, os zeladores são muito atenciosos e proprietário muito gente boa. O ap é completo, tudo funcionando, não precisa de carro, próximo a praia, supermercados, farmácia etc... Com certeza voltaremos na próximas férias.
