気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
First of all when we finally managed to locate the apartment the receptionist could not find our booking! She finally took the imitative to take down the itinerary number and allocated a room for us. The room advertised does not match what has been advertised on here. I have booked accommodation with Expedia in the past due to its reputation of quality hotel listings but I have now lost faith after having to spend a few nights at this shoddy place that has been advertised as “ newly refurbished”. The toilet was dirty and was constantly blocked and when asked why it kept blocking they replied saying there’s nothing we can do, toilet rolls were half used as if taken from another room, towels were not clean to say the least. The advertised kitchenette with washing machine and hob were nowhere to be found.
Furthermore the address given was supposed to be on the Main Street, after spending a good couple of hours lugging around luggage we finally find the apartment to be on some backstreet where no locals could help us find. The reason we booked this was so it would be close to all attractions. Avoid at all costs. What a waste of money this stay was.
