極差之旅程

我們一行12人放9月2日在hotel.com預訂了9月10日至9月12日之6問普通客房。 首先酒店地點難找。 其次，我們到達後，職員說找不到我們的訂單，好了，過了大半小時，終於找到了，卻告訴我們要每人再加多80元，但他們沒有預先告知，好，我們也決定付款了。 職員收集我們的回鄉証，再打印，印好了，卻告訴我們只有兩間客房可以入住！為什麼我們一早付款了，卻沒有為我們預留房間？也沒有替我地找其他方案，也沒有負責人出面解釋，只是一直在電話溝通，一點誠意都沒有！如此差的態度，如何經營能經營好？ 其間有幾位客人退房，個因整個酒店只得一個職員，令我們他們也等了很久！ 這過程浪費了我們3個多小時，完全破壞我們的旅程，我們12人就屈在一間小小的房間等酒店安排，真是差到不得了！

Hotel Staff has english problems, water not going through kitchen sink drain. Bathroom washbasin tap leaking. Towels torn and not cleaned well. No good restaurants nearby.

房間很大

訂豪華標準客房, 1 張特大雙人床, 城市景，我們一點多到很快就可以拿到房間。房間比想像中大很多，還有洗衣機跟冰箱。我們的房間在八樓，也可以看到半個廣州塔。 職員的服務態度也很好，晚上11點多打電話過去查詢也很快有人接聽。 只是位置有點難找，看著指示牌來回走幾遍才知道e棟的入口在後面。

horrible experience

Not the same as shown in pics. Kitchen was unequipped, once cleaned room in 6 nights, no dressing mirror in the room, only a single mirror in restroom, restroom lights also not working, Complaint made first day but not repaired until last moment. Staff absent, those present cannot speak English. Above all Rats present in room to eat your food in your absence I don't know why such a reputed & respected company like hotels.com promoting these kind of accommodation. Really frustrated. Within 2 hours of arrival, I request them early check out by deducting first night charge but they refused to do that too..

とにかく分かりにくい！

高層マンションの数室をホテルとしているのですが、とにかく分かりにくい！ その上に地図が間違っているのでたどり着くのに２時間ほどかかってしまいました。 地図は間違っているので住所で探した方が良いです。 部屋は清潔で広さも十分なので快適に過ごせました。

시설은 얼마되지 않아 낙후 되어있지 않았지만, 쥐가 나와서 방을 여러차례 옭겼음!! 매일 청소를 하지 않는 듯함!! 청결하지못해 다시는 머물고 싶지 않음!!

Locationn too far from shopping area.

the receptionist tried hopelessly to help . Service was poor. I drop an empty tube of shampoo and it was left there for the whole 6 days we stayed there. Bedding was not changed. Cleanliness was 2 star rating. Bedding was torn and towels had passed there sellby date. Large stain onthe sofa. Don't expect too moch from your selt catering. Yo receive two cups and two tea spoon And one small packet of green tea tea. There is a nice Halal restaurant sbout 10 minutes walk near the Xin Hui Cui shoppinPlaza. This hotel like many hotels in China, is part of the 26 storey building. The reception is on the 12th floor and it occupies only 2-3 floors. The taxi driver had difficulty finding it. By the wsa Google says that the nearest metro is Datang that is wrong. The nearest metro is Kecun and cost 10 Yuan by taxi.

Near a shopping centre and by metro to cantonfair!

Staffs are friendly. condition of the hotel is excellent, the hotel is clean and room is really cosy,it probably takes around 5 minutes walk to reach the shopping area, business district, subway station etc, hence still worth the effort, value for money, pls go for it!!!

BIG ROOM AND SOFT BED,FANTASTIC CITY VIEW,THROUGH THE WINDOW CAN SEE THE BEAUTIFUL GUANGZHOU TOWER AND WIDE FIELD OF VISION, PRICE IS GOOD,IF MORE RESTAURANT NEAR BY WILL BE BETTER. LUCKILY,IT IS EASY TO TAKE TAXI AND CAN GO ANYWHERE. I WILL SHARE WITH MY COLLEAGE.

Court séjour au Bai-He pour affaires à Canton

La résidence Bai-He, car il n'y a aucun service hotelier, est située au 23° étage d'une tour panoramique dans un nouveau quartier résidentiel au sud de Canton. Tout est absolument neuf mais il s'agit d'appartements avec un ménage sommaire les matins et changements des serviettes mais pas des draps. Vous avez une cuisine aménagée à disposition... mais aucun couvert ni ustensile de cuisine. Ces appts sont visiblement faits pour y résider à l'année, pas quelques jours. Impossible donc d'y prendre son petit-déj sauf à trimballer sa cantine de voyage... Ne comptez pas non plus sur le réfrigérateur: la carte à puce coupe le courant dans la chambre sitôt que vous êtes sorti. Pour le reste, le silence (tout relatif à Canton même au 23° étage) est appréciable avec une vue sympa sur les toits de la ville et la Canton Tower. La literie est excellente et le confort digne d'un 4*. La résidence est assez isolée: peu de commerces et de restaurants aux alentours, tout y est très sombre. Le métro est assez éloigné et finalement le taxi est toujours la meilleure option. Attention aux prix annoncés: veillez à ce que le tarif n'a pas changé pour cause de Foire de Canton ou autre... dans ce cas vous recevrez probablement un email demandant une rallonge ! Faites-vous préciser par voyages sncf que le prix est bien celui de votre réservation sinon vous risquez d'avoir quelques mauvaises surprises. En conclusion, une excellent rapport qualité-prix !

I've stayed there about half a year ago and booked one of their Luxury rooms. On the pictures it seem clear that these rooms are actually suites with two rooms. However, when I arrived I found myself in a standard hotel room. Upon discussion I was told that this was an error on the website they will correct soon. Since they had just opened I believed them. However, half a year later they still show the same pictures! The hotel occupies a few stories of an apartment building (another hotel occupies another few stories) and the rooms are simple one-room appartments (except for maybe two rooms on each floor which are the two-room suites -- but apparently you cannot book them here). When I stayed the sofa hadn't been delivered yet. Apparently shipment was delayed. Make no mistake: this is not a 3 or 4 star hotel. English is hardly spoken and I couldn't even pay with my MasterCard.

沒有酒店名稱在樓宇外，搭了三部的士才找到。

房間內設備還可以但是如果有套梳化就更理想。但是酒店地點不方便兼周邊沒有什麼地標讓的士司機找到該幢建築物。

看板すらありません

タクシーの運転手に中国人の友人が説明してもたどり着けない場所で、周り一体は工事現場の様な状態でした。ビルには表示された名前が一切なく、同じところを何度もタクシーでうろうろしても見つけられない位分かりずらい。ビルのセキュリティに聞いてもこのビルの中にホテルがあるとは知らないほど。ホテルロビーなどはなく、1ルームの一室で受付をしてルームキーをもらいます。　予約したのはデラックスルームですが、通された部屋はスタンダードでした。（予約内容などまったく把握していない様子）部屋はできたばかりのようでそれないりにはキレイですが、出張者の長期滞在以外ではまったくすすめられないサービスアパートメントです。
