小さなお子様連れの家族旅行
海までが近いロケーションは大変良いです。近くにレストランやショップもあり便利です。設備については少し老朽化が目立ちます。サービスについては日本と比較するともう少し頑張ってほしいです。クラブラウンジを使用しましたが、朝食が皆と同じ場所になるので、非常に込んでいるのが不満でした。値段からするともう少し頑張って欲しい部分もありますが、全体的には、お勧めできるホテルです。

開業30年以上のホテルで、宿泊した部屋は広さはありますが、とても高級ホテルと思えない古めかしく安っぽい調度品。洗面所のドライヤーの入ってる引き出しには小さいゴキブリがいる始末。 環境保全のため、ペットボトル水を部屋に置かず、部屋のプラスチックボトルを利用して下さいとのことで、指定の9階ウォーターサーバーを利用するも、そこにもゴキブリ。床にはゴミが散乱。 環境保全のため、連泊では部屋の清掃は毎日しないとのこと。 当方5連泊のため、毎日の部屋清掃、シーツ交換を希望するも、希望かなわず。 部屋のタオル交換清掃を午前中に終えるように朝フロントで依頼するも、午後4時部屋にもどるとまったく手付かず。 環境保全の名を借りた経費削減と思われる。 ディナーを和食NIJI予約。アラカルトはなくて、ビュッフェのみで宿泊者よりも地元客が多くファミレスのようです。 部屋は6階でしたが、前庭の小池のカエル大群が繁殖期なのか、気味の悪い大合唱が一晩中響きます。 当方は今後利用することはありませんが、 後に伺うと、7階より高層階はリフォームされているとのことなので、宿泊されるなら7階以上を希望された方がいいと思います。

また利用したいです！
チェックイン時間にお部屋の用意ができてなくて、ホテル内のカフェでコーヒーを用意いただきました。 部屋に入った瞬間のオーシャンビューに感動。 板張りの床で清潔でしたし部屋も広く使いやすく、トイレが独立していて便利でした。 クラブラウンジは夕方のカクテルタイムのみ。朝食はレストラン。とても美味しくよかったです。 スタッフみんな親切で快適な滞在でした。 台風の名残があり、プールのテントを修復中でした。 日本人が少なく韓国人が多かったですが、全体的に人が少なくのんびりと快適でした。 また次もこのホテルにしたいと思います。

プールやレストランの設備は立派だけど 階段が多くベビーカーでの移動は大変 スタッフがホテルの順路を把握しておらず ベビーカーでプールに出るただ一つのルートに辿り着くまで何度も迷って時間がかかった チェックインチェックアウトも異様に時間がかかり並び方が雑なのでドンドンずる混みされた 朝食のビュッフェは、日本人には向かないメニューが多かった 野菜が少なく、パンは硬め 全体的には部屋も広々して、子供の遊び場などの配慮もあり良いホテルだと思う

ファミリー向けの部屋に泊まったが、施設老朽化が影響してか、シャワー室から床に水漏れが発生したり、机に小さな虫が複数出てきたりしていた。ランドリー室ももう少し清潔感があればよかった。プールサイドも植木の土が上がったり、ゴミがきれいにされていないこともあったため、もう少し管理してほしい。スタッフさんは日本語こそ話せないが、聞こうとする姿勢、伝えようとする姿勢がみえたので対応は素晴らしかったと思う。

良い点 ⚪️空港から10分のグアムの中心にあるので、外での食事、買い物も徒歩で行けます。 ⚪️プールが広く、海と繋がってるので、便利です。 ⚪️日本料理屋のビュッフェは値段もお手頃で味も美味しいです。 ⚪️部屋のお風呂は大きくてお湯もすぐ溜まるので、プールや海のあとに身体を温めるのに良かったです。 悪い点 ⚪️洗面所の蛇口の右側から水が漏れます。使うたびにびしょびしょになります。 ⚪️シャワー室が狭くて、使いにくいです。 ⚪️築30年なので、部屋全体が古いです。 ⚪️クローゼットの換気口から冷気が入ってくるので、エアコンoffにしても、夜は少し寒かったです。 ⚪️同じくクローゼットの換気口から湿った空気が入るので、ハンガーに洋服を掛けといたら、湿ってしまいました。 ⚪️部屋に電話がなかったので、用件ある時はフロントまで降りないといけないのが、面倒でした。

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス
コロナと台風の影響か、プールはメインと子供用しか営業しておらず、楽しみにしていたスライダーは使用できませんでした。また、イタリアンレストランも曜日によっての営業だったり、ホテル内のいくつかの店舗は閉店していました。 クラブルームに宿泊しました。朝食は、ある程度の品数はありましたが、フルーツがもう少し種類があるといいかと思いました。 ワッフルは最高においしかったです。 クラブルーム用のラウンジは、17-19:00しか利用ができず、もう少し遅い時間まで営業しているとアルコールも飲みやすいかと思いました。 従業員が不足しているのか、ハウスキーピングが夕方になることがありました。

プールが一部しか利用できなかったのは残念でしたがスタッフの対応も立地も良く快適でした！ 建物は古いですが清掃が行き届いていたので問題なく過ごせました。

気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
フロントやドアマンなど素晴らしい対応だった。 しかし人手不足なのか、客室清掃が夜の20時にきた時はびっくりした。 部屋の一部しか清掃されていない日があったり、アメニティの補充も適当。 グラスも洗われずそのまま置いてある日もザラで、完璧な日が1日もなかったのが残念だった。
