• 1 mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed

• Living room: TV, sofa bed for 2 people, dining table for 6, TV stand, and a cabinet with brochures and a visitor’s guide

• Mezzanine: double bed, single bed, 2 wardrobes, hairdryer

• Two terraces (South and East): 3 lounge chairs, table for 6 people, table for 4 people, barbecue

• Garage: washing machine

which features a secure swimming pool and quick access to the beach. Gruissan is delightful even in winter, offering a wide variety of activities nearby: windsurfing, paddleboarding, water skiing, a balneotherapy center, land sailing, jet skiing, horseback riding, cycling, mountain biking, go-karting, forest hiking, sea and lagoon fishing, rock climbing in La Clape, a seaside bike path, village shops in Gruissan, the port, an amusement park, boat trips, and many more incredible activities!



You can enjoy the beach, the sea, La Clape pine forest, and breathtaking landscapes!
