May be the best VRBO ever

The stay was excellent. The online pictures and description do not do it justice. It is so much better than the pictures. This is an excellent house in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything was perfect. I plan to be a repeat guest in the future. I was a bit torn for this review. It was perfect especially the backyard and pool. I gave an accurate review, but now, I will have competition for dates in the future. You will not be disappointed with this VRBO. Thanks Ed. Enjoy.

What a beautiful home. The whole property is just amazing. The house is laid out nicely. The pool, hot tub and the whole back yard is such a great place to hangout. We really enjoyed our honeymoon. The owners of the property are very nice, showed us around the house and everything outside. Really couldn’t ask for much more. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended!!!

Florida vacation

We enjoyed everything about the property. The pool and hot tub were both amazing. And it was pretty nifty watching the ducks in the yard while we enjoyed the pool. The beds were extremely comfortable. The living room was a nice place to relax and watch tv after a long day of being out and about or a day spent in the pool.

Privacy and comfort.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The hot tub was amazing and the pool the perfect temperature. The hosts provided most unexpected extras, such as soaps, conditioner, coffee, salt pepper and many more. The kitchen was the best stocked of any house we have ever rented. We would recommend this house as the perfect getaway.

Nature in your own backyard!!

Beautiful well maintained home. Ed and Deb were very responsive to any questions. Enjoyed the pool,spa and whistling ducks,birds,ibis,cranes. Good neighborhood to walk around. Thoroughly enjoyed and relaxed.

Happiness and Privacy in Florida

We were very happy with our stay here. Our host (Ed) met us at the house, went over how things worked in the house and overall made us feel welcome. The house itself is large and centrally located between Tampa and Orlando. Coming back to the hot tub after spending the day at Universal was wondering and relaxing. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Location Lovely House

The house had everything we needed and communication with the Ed and Debbie was easy. If you have any issues, don’t hesitate to email them, it will get sorted quickly. Pool and hot tub were a lovely treat at the end of the day and the wildlife in the garden was really nice to watch every morning. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Peace in your own resort

The property is exactly as pictured and Ed and Debbie are fantaatic hosts that took the time to walk us through the house making sure we knew how to operate the special amenities. The home was equipped with everything we needed and a short distance from shopping. The bidets and sleep number bed were stellar. We really felt as if we were at our own resort. 51st Anniversary Trip

Fantastic stay!! This was our 3rd stay at this home and everything was great. We LOVE the pool, hot tub, and the privacy. The hosts, Ed and Debbie are very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. We stayed 3 weeks, and everything was fantastic. We will be back soon.

We had a fantastic stay! 10 Days of Bliss. The solar heated pool is so GREAT and so private, along with all of the wildlife, creates an ambiance hard to match. Ed and Debbie, our Hosts are Top Notch. Quiet and peaceful

Nice layout. Great pool, patio, and back yard. Good TV viewing. My wife and I were at this property for 4 weeks, with a friend joining us the last week. Home owners were very responsive to any concerns we had. Location is removed from heavy traffic and tourist activity of Orlando, but most tourist draws are just a short drive away. Groceries, fast food, household essentials, and a drug store are only 1-2 miles away. Price was reasonable. Good choice for anyone wanting a quiet, private, location with a nice pool, whirlpool, and patio, that has easy access to restaurants and attractions.

Peaceful and Clean

Such a wonderful stay filled with backyard wildlife. Hot tub was amazing to stay every day off with. Floor plan is very spacious. We look forward to staying here again soon. Wonderful communication with host.

Renters need to be informed

This property has cameras that are on the property including the master bedroom, living room, fitness room, pool area, and the outside shower area. These are more than a little disconcerting as looking into Florida law, all renters must be explicitly informed of these cameras and no cameras are allowed in a private area (shower, bedroom, etc.). Also the property owners showed up just to pick up mail, but never announced themselves to the renters, but did ask our 86 year old father/FIL if we were having a party on Easter. Never felt that the we had privacy in this rental. This would have been a great home for us to continue to rent with its close proximity to our family, BUT we will not stay here again.

Our 4th visit in this wonderful home

We love staying in this clean, comfotable home. The screened in patio, pool, and hot tub are delightful! It is quiet and private, but very convenient to grocery store and restaurants. We love biking on the paved South Lake Bike Trail to Clermont and beyond. The hosts are friendly and helpful, but very respectful of our privacy. The Sunday Market in downtown Clermont (about 6 miles away)is fun to attend. There are also many restaurants there. We enjoy this home so much that we have stayed 4 different years, for 3 weeks at a time.

This was a great property and the hosts we’re really helpful to us. We enjoyed our stay and had such a wonderful time. I’m glad we got to meet Ed and Debbie and they were there when we arrived to explain everything to us about their property. Loved the pool and hot tub! I will try to make it back in the future if it’s available.
