「Clean and well kept property. Good location and and easy communication with owners made this a wonderful place to stay! Would return!」

「The neighbors dog never stopped barking. Motion lights going on and off all the time, our truck alarm also went off. The dog and motion light issue caused me to leave the unit early and rent a hotel. 」

「The room was clean. The host was responsive to the TV issues and responded in kind. The host also adjusted the thermostat so I stayed nice and cool. The mattress leaves a bit to be desired and the guest couch is a bit firm. The directions to the site could be a little more clear. All in all it is conveniently located between Clermont and groveland with a quick connection to the fl turnpike 」

「I would never recommend this property to anyone, our trip was ruined because we only stayed 15 minutes, couldn't lay on the bed due to the odor. Very small and the property was not well maintained. This swamp front rental is perfect if you don't want to be able to enjoy yourself. 」

「Kitchen has everything you needed. Washer and dryer in unit (didn’t use) host had cold water in fridge and chocolate on table. AC worked great (once i figured out the remote with help from host) nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of storage for clothes. Felt like I was back home in Connecticut. 」
