Easy to get in and out of. Very quiet and beautiful view of the lake from the deck! Amenities, linen, and kitchen items are excellent. Really enjoyed the outdoor areas and bbq grill!

Home away from home.

We were visiting family in Grove just before Christmas, and this property met all our needs. It’s a lovely property with such a good location. I can definitely see my family coming back during the summer!

Perfect for fishermen

Everything was in working order. It was a very nice place. Scenery was nice. Close to everything that you need for us. Vacation stay launch less than five minutes away.

Just a little Get Away

The House was nice and setup with everything you will need. The only downfall was the wasp on the deck and down by your private boat dock. Which there was no way we were going to use that. We still managed a good time.

bathroom drain. Everything looked wonderful until we noticed the sink drain in the master bathroom.

We called the property manager about the drain in the master bathroom. No one called so that left a bad impression. Everything else was wonderful.

Beautiful Location, but Lacked Basic Cleanliness

First, the positives— the property managers were very kind and helpful. Upon check in, we had an issue where two smoke detectors were chirping and they came promptly to fix it. The smoke detector started chirping again in the middle of the night (around 2:15 am) and they were still kind enough to come out and help us. We cannot thank them enough. Sadly, that’s where the positives end. The house was not clean when we arrived. We had to wipe down all the surfaces in the kitchen (counter tops, stove top, dining room table,, living room (entry table, coffee table, side tables), and bathroom multiple times to get them clean. The chairs and couches were covered with pet hair. There was a strong sewer smell that came from two of the three bathrooms. Also, the heat had not been turned on yet for the season, so we had to air hour the house while the dust from the furnace burned off. There were also wet dishes left in the dishwasher and a smelly dish towel hung up by the sink. Then when we went to get ready for bed, we found additional pet/human hair on the pillows in the master bedroom. The mattress in the master bedroom is also in desperate need of replacing— there were two substantial divots on each side, so getting sleep was a challenge. The house could be lovely if it had been cleaned properly, and the view of the lake was wonderful, but sadly, this was one of the most disappointing rentals I’ve ever stayed in.
