"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"This was a very clean and comfortable holiday home. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The home was full of things for the children to do and there was plenty of space for us all (10 in total, 2 families - 4 adults and 6 children/young adults from 8 to 17). "Die Wohnung war super geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles war genau durchdacht, es hat an nix gefehlt! Das Bett ( Boxspringbett) war super bequem, ebenso die Couch!Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, von Eierkocher über Nespresso- alles da! Die Umgebung war ganz wunderbar, man kam sich vor wie in einer anderen Welt: mitten in der Natur in einem alten Aussiedlerhof aus dem 17. Jhrd., Pferde und eine Rehfamilie auf den angrenzenden Weiden. Seeeehr idyllisch! Ausgesprochen ruhig dort! Von dort aus...

"Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und gute Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vermieter des Objektes. Familie S.macht fast alles damit der Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich wird. "

"In Bezug auf den Preis der Ferienwohnung, sind die 3 Sterne sehr wohlwollend vergeben. Der erste Eindruck der Immobilie wenn man anreist ist übel, überfüllte Mülltonnen vor der Tür und von der Fassade fällt großflächig der Putz ab! Dann gab es kein Toilettenpapier und im Anschein auch keine Toilettenbürste (was aber vom Vermieter nach schriftl.Hinweis am nächsten Tag erledigt wurde). Den Kühlschrank haben wir ausgewaschen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist mehr als einfach/dürftig. Zum Glück...

The second night we arrived late and the parking lot was full and there was no place to park. The staff helped us find parking in the area and the next day we got the parkings fee back."
