Sebastian at the reception was very caring and tried his best to solve our problems. People in the same situation should be aware of this, but we are very grateful to him. We came by car. There is a street parking system near the hotel, but it is quite expensive. Sebastian looked up a cheaper parking option for us. It was about 10 minutes away from the hotel by public transport, but he kindly explained in detail how to get back. There are a few steps at the entrance of the hotel, and the room we booked had no elevator, so we had to use the stairs. It was hard with a baby, a stroller, and two suitcases. However, Sebastian helped us every time, and he even checked with their sister hotel to see if there was a room with an elevator available. We were not used to European hotel conditions and had not researched enough beforehand. Even so, we truly appreciated Sebastian’s kind and humorous support

Konnte das Zimmer schon Vomrittags beziehen. Leided sind die Lampen anscheinend schon öfters aus der wand gefallen so dass sie fast heraus fallen. Service vom Personal sehr zuvorkomend und freundlich. Badetuch hatte Löcher. Vollausgestattetes Inventar.

Red Ox was the perfect location for enjoying all of Amsterdam. Our room was very clean and the host was kind and easy to communicate with.
