- Pretty villa in small quiet residence near sea about 900m, view of the mountain villa and a sea view of the 'residence'
private parking space, enclosed garden where you will find lemon, orange, olive and small palm trees
teak terrace rde ch and on the 1st a covered terrace with lounge lounge.
You will find in the city center a supermarket, clothing stores, bookstores, vegetables, fishmonger and various souvenir shops.
Very good restaurants overlooking the beach without forgetting the super beautiful sunset on the Sanguinaires Islands, not to be missed.

Maison très bien équipée, déco soignée
La maison est très agréable, la deco soignée et elle est très bien équipée. L’emplacement est parfait, proche du centre et des commerces, parking privé dans résidence sécurisé, très appréciable, malheureusement la vue sur un roncier ne fait pas rêver. La plomberie a besoin d’entretien, robinets et douche entartré, plus de pression…
Malgré ces petits désagréments, tout est parfait.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille, tout était au top !
La maison est idéalement située, proche de la plage, de tous les commerces et de la navette maritime pour se rendre à Ajaccio. La maison en elle- même est très bien équipée, tout est pensé pour que l'on passe des vacances optimisées. Mention spéciale pour la climatisation grandement appréciable l'été, la véranda, le jardin, le barbecue et tout le reste ! Bref nous recommandons !

Très belles vacances !!!
Belle maison située à environ 20' à pied de la plage/commerces sur les hauteurs de Porticcio avec belle terrasse spacieuse et intérieur moderne, fonctionnel, et très agréable. Location idéale pour passer des vacances au calme et en famille. Merci à la propriétaire pour son amabilité. Séjour parfait.

Très belle maison fidèle à l'annonce, décoration de goût . Bien située, pouvant se rendre à pied aux commerces, restaurants et à la plage.
Petit bémol, l'état des lieux : personne en charge(fille de la gouvernante) de l'état des lieux nous a informé que tout était en ordre par oral mais n'a rien fait par écrit, une fois partis, avons reçu des messages de la part de la gouvernante et de la propriètaire nous posant des questions sur des dommages causés dans l'appartement pour lequels nous n'étions pas en cause. Je conseillerai au prochain locataire de demander un état des lieux écrit et détaillé pour éviter ce genre de désagrèments. Réstitution du chèque de caution 1 mois et demi après notre départ même si c'est légal c'est un peu moyen.
Mais malgré ces deux points je conseille vivement cette location et surtout de visiter un maximum d'endroits , la Corse étant une région très riche à tout points de vue !

Très jolie résidence !
Annonce fidèle à la réalité, nous avons été très bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée. La décoration est moderne et l'on se sent tout de suite bien dans cet intérieur. Très bien situé, nous avons pu profiter de la plage et des commerces de Porticcio accessible à pied en 15 min.

Tres belle villa sur les hauteurs de Porticcio, intérieur lounge, très bien décorée ou l'on s'y sent bien. Impeccable et fraiche car les chambres sont au rez de chaussée . Proche du centre ville, 15 min a pied. Endroit calme.Propriétaire accueillante et très aimable. Avons passe d'agréables vacances en famille.
