"Sehr ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings war kein Föhn vorhanden und auf meine Frage danach reagierte die Vermieterin nur mit einer lapidaren Antwort, dass der Föhn irgendwo liegen müsste oder die vorherigen Gäste diesen vielleicht entfernt hätten. Eine Abhilfe wurde nicht geschaffen, auf eine weitere Mail diesbezüglich von mir wurde dann nicht mehr reagiert."

"Das haus ist sehr schön.Leider ist die sauberkeit nicht wirklich gegeben.Um zu dem haus zu gelangen muss man sich erst mal deuch die zugewacksene ecke drücken(das sich da due nachbarn noch nicht beschwert haben). Spinnenweben überall, geschirr treckig, türen nicht richtig schliesbar,schränke defekt, unter/hinter den bett dreck alte Prospekte, fliegennetz nicht nutzbar da halb abgerissen. Rassen sehr hoch.Sehr schade den das haus ist eigendich für sein alter sehr schön. Könnte man mehr draus...

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Wir wurden zu Beginn freundlich begrüßt und durch die Räumlichkeiten geführt. Die Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Toilettenpapier, Espressobohnen für den Kaffeevollautomaten, Gewürzen, etc. ist sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung ist auch im Übrigen toll, noch nie haben wir in einer Unterkunft z.B. so viele scharfe Messer vorgefunden, so macht das gemeinsame Kochen noch mehr Spaß! "Clean. Staff and service mostly OK. Some very good some very poor. Property in general good condition. But I have a serious issue with facilities. The pictures show a swimming pool. But the swimming pool is not part of the hotel at all. It’s across the road. It doesn’t belong to the hotel at all. This is only visible in the small text . This kind of advertising is unethical in my view. We booked this hotel because we believed it had a pool. In the end, the public pool was actually closed so we couldn’t even use it. The location and general area around the hotel directly on the river is quite nice. Our room was rather noisy in the morning. I believe we were located over the reception so there was lots of coming and going. Parking is very limited. When we arrived, we got the very last parking spot, which was very tight. "

"Uncomfortable beds, room was vaguely clean but still lots of cobwebs. Front desk tried to get me to pay for the room again even though it had been paid for through Expedia. This happened several times despite Expedia calling the front desk - eventually it was sorted, but it took a lot of my time chasing it. To be clear, the Expedia support was very good - it was the hotel that was the problem. Breakfast is poor (for the price). I would not stay here again."
