「I have stayed here before, and it has usually been OK, although not great. This time, the room I was first given had a collapsed wardrobe rail, and the second room had a loose bathroom hot tap, a very noisy bathroom fan, and the room’s waste bin was unusable. Restaurant food was OK, but the portion of fish in the fish & chips was surprisingly small, so it was poor value for money. I think the staff must be used to customers complaining, because they don’t seem at all bothered about things that...

「Loads of parking and I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the building. I was shown to my room and felt very well looked after. I ate in the restaurant both for evening meal and breakfast and the food was superb!」
