THE VILLA

Wake up to views over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez in this light-filled, architect-designed villa, set within 5,000 m² of landscaped gardens and woodland in the hills above Grimaud. Spend your days by the heated 12 × 6 m infinity pool, enjoy walks directly into the cork oak forest, or head down to the beaches of Grimaud or Saint-Tropez, just a short drive away.

With its generous proportions and airy interiors, the villa combines contemporary design with carefully selected vintage pieces. Natural materials, thoughtful decoration and comfortable furnishings create an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxed, making it a welcoming home away from home.

THE SPACE

The villa offers five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, accommodating up to ten guests.

Four bedrooms are located in the main house. The fifth is a spacious, independent annexe with a private bathroom, breakfast area and direct access from the garden.

All bedrooms enjoy a terrace and /or sea views.

Living & Dining

Spacious and filled with natural light, the living areas combine contemporary furniture with vintage touches, creating inviting spaces to relax, entertain and spend time together.

Guests can also enjoy a piano, television, SONOS sound system, DVD player, board games and high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi.

Kitchen

Spacious, fully equipped Dada kitchen with high-end appliances, marble finishes and direct access to the outdoor patio.

- Bedroom 2:T wo single beds (100 × 200 cm each), convertible into a double bed, bathroom and sea view.
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds, convertible into a double bed, bathroom and terrace access.
- Bedroom 4: King-size bed (200 × 200 cm), bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, sea view and private terrace.
- Bedroom 5: Independent studio with king-size bed, bathroom, breakfast area and separate access from the garden.
- Workspace
A separate, quiet workspace with a desk, ideal for working remotely.

OUTDOORS

Set within 5,000 m² of landscaped gardens and woodland, the villa enjoys a peaceful setting surrounded by Mediterranean nature.

The heated 12 × 6 m infinity pool, equipped with an automatic cover, offers a beautiful place to swim, unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

A botanical garden, several terraces and balconies on different levels provide a choice of outdoor spaces, whether for a morning coffee in the sunshine, a relaxing afternoon or an evening enjoying the views.

A professional pétanque court is tucked away among the trees, while direct access to the cork oak forest makes it easy to enjoy walks straight from the property.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have exclusive use of the villa, its gardens, swimming pool, terraces and outdoor facilities, including the pétanque court.

The property also offers a private garage and on-site parking.

The independent studio has its own entrance while remaining part of the property.

Our concierge will personally welcome you on arrival and remains available 24/7 throughout your stay.

Bed linen, towels and weekly housekeeping are included.

The villa is arranged over several levels, with a few steps connecting the different indoor and outdoor spaces.

One pet is welcome per stay.

The swimming pool is equipped with an automatic cover. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the pool. Operating and safety instructions are provided in the villa's welcome book.

LOCATION & GETTING AROUND

The villa is located in the hills above the medieval village of Grimaud, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

The beaches and Port Grimaud are approximately 10 minutes away by car, Grimaud village is 4 km away, and Saint-Tropez is just 13 km from the property.

This location offers the best of both worlds: the tranquillity of the countryside, beautiful views and easy access to the beaches, restaurants, villages and lively atmosphere of the French Riviera.

A car is recommended for exploring the area.
