"We arrived at the facility and checked in and were staying in a king room with euro shower. When we arrived at the room, we noticed our toilet didn’t work. So called to front desk and they said they had no maintenance staff on site, so switched us to kit suite instead. We got to the new room and saw hair in the shower all over the walls, dirt, food crumbs, and bugs in the cupboards. The blinds had a red running stains all the way down them. But no other room available, so we were stuck there. Bed was clean least. We decided to go down to the pool, and as soon as we walked in, our eyes burnt from the chlorine, and the hot tub was over chlorinate and couldn’t sit in it for longer that 10 min. There was a gross film in the water and it looked like a bubble bath! The pool had a gross smell and the water was yellow/green ish colour to it! Through the night, the hotel got dirtier and dirtier! Garbage bags were left everywhere at the elevator entrances, chips, popcorn, cans, bottles ( pop and beer) scattered all over the lobby and various floors! 6th floor had faecal matter as soon as you stepped out! All in all, the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at for a fairly new, high end hotel! For 400 a night, I suggest to everyone to never stay there! Side note: Chop steakhouse was amazing and service was awesome!"

"The hotel and whole experience was amazing. My only complaint is the restaurant. They charged us $27 for fettuccine noodles and white sauce. They classed it as seafood fettuccine even though we didn’t have the seafood. "

"They didn’t know I was coming. The room was dirty. Way too expensive for what it was. The second morning, someone tried to get into my room because the front desk didn’t think I was there….?!? It woke me up. Terrible stay overall."
