A neat house with painted wooden walls built in 1968 as well as a large terrace and a substantial garden. Part of the terrace is also covered, so even on rainy days you can enjoy your afternoon coffee outside.



Inside, well-utilized square meters await, where there is just what you need for a relaxing holiday or weekend in the spirit of coziness and tranquility. White-painted plank walls adorn all rooms and give the classic cottage atmosphere, just as the whole house appears bright, well-kept and inviting. In the living room, which has access to the terrace, there is a wood-burning stove for cold evenings and nice space for a sofa corner and dining table. Next to this is a neat kitchen with good kitchen facilities, white surfaces and a beautiful worktop. The house also has an entrance hall, a bathroom and a bedroom and a high loft that has good sleeping space for two people under the cozy sloping walls.



The house is located in a quiet area within walking distance to the Lammefjorden and Gudestrup Marina, which has both a kayak club and a boat club. So you can easily enjoy relaxing walks along the fjord or explore the area's beautiful nature. The daily shopping can be done in Grevinge, which is a 7-minute drive away, and if you want to shop or eat out, there are plenty of opportunities for that in Holbæk.



All in all, a nice house for when you need air, peace and quality time. Be aware that we keep a wild garden for the bees so the lawn is kept low but the rest is growing.
