🏢 Ideally located in the district of the Bonne barracks, this studio is located on the 2nd floor without lift .
It is composed of:
- a fitted living room
- an open kitchenette,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor :
- a mezzanine bed (height about 1m)

🛌 The flat has a sleeping area: a 140 com bed installed on the mezzanine

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as, free wifi connection, some kitchen equipment (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, ), storage, bed linen and towels for 2 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed through a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded. Nb: This guarantee system is also authorised by all our platforms.

📍 Located in Championnet district: a very famous district in Grenoble, lively, no security problem, many famous restaurants and bars. Many small shops, mini-market, bakery, hairdresser...

🚌 Getting around:
Numerous public transport (Tram E stop Condorcet, Bus line C3) which serve the city and the surrounding area within 3 min walking distance.
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.

Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
🐶 If you bring your pet with you, we charge €12 incl. VAT/animal/day.
