Sonnenhöhe – Feeling at home between the Moselle and the Hunsrück

Welcome to Sonnenhöhe!
Here you are above the Moselle, on the peaceful edge of the village of Grenderich, surrounded by apple trees, vineyards and forests.
Sonnenhöhe has just been completed and furnished with great attention to detail. The apartment offers a warm, personal atmosphere and plenty of space to relax and unwind. It is brand new to the vacation home market – so you would be our very first guests!
With around 60 m² of space, the apartment offers a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private sauna, an open-plan kitchen and dining area with a large dining table, and a separate, spacious living room with TV and Apple TV. The compact kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. Wi-Fi and private parking on the property are also provided.
Warm wood, parquet flooring, books, personal touches and bold splashes of colour give the apartment its character and make it feel like a cosy home – a place you will be happy to return to after a long walk.
And you don’t even have to go far: the Mühlenweg walking trail starts right outside the door. Horse paddocks and a riding stable are right nearby. If you love horses and riding, you will feel very much at home here. The surrounding countryside is also particularly lovely to explore by bicycle.
The Moselle, with the wine villages of Senheim, Beilstein and Zell, is only a few minutes away by car. Wineries and traditional wine taverns, small Moselle villages and castles, regional cuisine and, of course, Moselle wine offer plenty of possibilities for a wonderful vacation. Work around the house is not yet quite complete. The garden and outdoor areas are currently being redesigned and unfortunately cannot yet be used. Therefore, we are offering the apartment at a reduced introductory rate during this period.
Sonnenhöhe is a retreat for couples who enjoy peace and nature, walking or cycling, discovering the Moselle, good food and wine – and who want to feel at home even while they are away.
