Comfortable and well stocked High Tech apartment delivers a great place to rest, work, and play.

2 Bedrooms (4 Beds) / 1 Bath.

Features:

55" Android smart TV with 300+ movie library on Google play, HBO, Netflix, and Hulu (w/ live TV).

3 x Work Stations with monitors, dock, and keyboard / mouse. 1 Mile from Greenwich Train station - 45 mins to Grand Central. Easy access to 95 and everything NY & CT have to offer.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

Apartment is well stocked and decorated for comfort. Get the experience of 2 x hotel rooms for the price of one, and includes your own kitchen, and lots of media content.

+ Google home for streaming music library.

Well stocked kitchen includes Keurig coffee, spices, condiments, beverages. Dish Washer, microwave, and cookware / dishes to put on family meal in eat in kitchen that seats up to 6.

Bathroom includes fresh towels and shampoo / soap.

Outdoor patio seating & grill.

Access to Laundry w/ soap.

Parking spot for 1 car, with street parking for more.

Smart locks with keyless 24x7 access, Ring doorbells for exterior security, and Entire Apartment and outdoor patio is for your use. Property has 2 x short term rentals (Apt 1 & 3), and one long term rental. (Apt 2)

TXT / Cell is preferred, but I live 3 miles away and am available if needed.

Downtown Greenwich (1 mile away) has many high end retail shops and restaurants if you want the luxury experience in this CT waterfront suburb of NYC.

2 miles in the other direction is Port Chester that has 30+ restaurants with huge variety of cuisine(s) and price points. Check out Mario Bataly's Tarry Lodge & more. Port Chester also has the movie theater, Costco, and and other shopping.

Rye Play land and other coastal / beach activities are all close.

This area of CT / NY have many little villages to explore, or the larger White Plains 10 mins away.

Plenty of outdoor hikes, trails, parks, and more.

1 mile from Greenwich metro north stop.
Centrally located and close to 95, 287, and the Hutch & Merit parkways.
Street parking if needed, is always close, but strict. (pay attention to signs)

Please keep noise to a respectful level after 9:30pm to respect other guests or neighbors.

The apartment we stayed in for our vacation was wonderfully spacious, comfortably accommodating all five of us. Its location was ideal, offering convenient access for driving to the train station for our trips into New York City. We also appreciated the proximity to local restaurants and a market. There were plenty of activities to enjoy in town, and the travel distances to attractions were quite manageable.

The apartment is quite spacious and is very conveniently located to family for our NY visit. They have a nice coffee and tea set up and large dining area. The bedrooms have been renovated and are well appointed. The kitchen and bathroom are functional but could use a renovation. There is some mold/mildew in the shower. The place is air conditioned with mini splits and window AC that kept it comfortable even in hot weather. There are two off street front to back parking spaces which is very convenient. The neighborhood is fairly quiet although there is some construction going on next store, although the noise didn’t bother us. It was a nice, comfortable place to stay and we would rent it again on our next family visit.

Convenient & Quiet

Conveniently located, quiet, comfortable beds, designated free parking, full kitchen, and always felt safe. We all enjoyed watching the marmot out our bedroom window! (Currently there is construction on the house next door, so the view out the dining area isn't great.) Was disappointed there were only 4 pods for the Keurig for 4 people for 3 mornings. (Coffee in the morning is important to us.) Responses from owner were on occasion slow. Overall it was a very nice stay!

Had a fun filled weekend and this was the serving time staying here but in a different apartmentVery close to the Capital Theater in Port Chester Excellent restaurants near the theater and we discovered an amazing Asian restaurant within a 5 minute walk

Great Place to Stay

Nice apartment

This apartment is in an older home that has been subdivided. It is nicely furnished and comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe and was great for taking a walk. It has easy access to I-95.

We needed to sleep here and that is all so we didn’t get a chance to review the area. The accommodation was very clean, well-appointed, and seemed to have all the amenities you could ask for from what we noticed. The neighborhood was tight, but off-street parking is provided. Would recommend

Comfortable, convenient apt and helpful owner

The cost to stay here vs rent 2 hotel rooms was nearly identical and this apt provided so much more space and the ease of being able to cook meals and not always eat out. Everything we needed was provided, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. with a nicely updated comfortable space that both teens and adults liked. Our one issue was it was too warm (a nice problem to have midwinter) and the owner was welcoming and helpful to get the temperature just as we liked it, which was greatly appreciated. He responded immediately to our requests. Would stay here again.
