This property should have not been a rental property. When we arrived to this property after moving from another property owned by the same owner his property is not at all clean. After booking over two months in advance you should be able to come in and enjoy. The first property was infected with roaches when I said infested when you have roaches in the bathroom and refrigerator. He moved us to another property. This property the doors couldn’t lock but he corrected it. The outside of the property itself was not maintained. When we left out to go to the conference that morning we couldn’t lock the doors the front wouldn’t lock from the outside had to lock and go out to back and then back door wouldn’t lock either had to leave the door unlocked until he came and locked it we were on a schedule and couldn’t wait for him to come. Why we stayed there? We were there for a conference for the weekend and didn’t have time to find nothing else. He corrected the door problem and I was supposed to have gotten $100 back because of the inconvenience but haven’t heard from him.

Unpleasant surprise
The online pictures give the perception that the house is kept up very nice. Much to our surprise upon driving up, the mailbox was knocked down, outside trash bins overflowing, grass over grown in front and back. Chairs broken, running flow of water in bath, shower curtain in one bath not long enough, microwave handle broken and dirty, couch still stained and home needs an exterminator. Travel to Greenville often and will not recommend this as a rental option.

Needs some repairs
House was decent but there were several items than needed repaired. Coffee table in living room. Microwave handle. Several lights not working. Couch in den was stained all over. Master shower curtain was about 1 ft off the ground leaving an open area and water got in the floor. Outside back porch and garage area had leaves and debris that kept getting tracked in. We had to sweep several times a day. Mailbox was broken so we had a hard time finding the house when we arrived.

Great for a bachelor party.
This home was really bad. Broke handle on microwave, two stopped up sinks and only sleeps 10 not 12. The couches were not sleep worthy. The floor in the big bedroom was buckled and the blinds were tore up. And I mean the blinds looked like a very bad slum home. Holes all in them. VRBO ought to be ashamed to even have this home listed.

Nice but not as good as it looks
the photos make this place look nicer than it is. however, it was clean, good linens, towels, water pressure. there is no toaster or ice maker - you have to make ice using ancient plastic trays. A crisper drawer in the refrigerator is broken. One bedroom needs new blinds. a previous guest mentioned this and it was not addressed. the code for the door lock we were given did not work, but we got one that did work very quickly, so thank you Chad. Some light fixtures dont have bulbs. There's a Blackstone flat top outside that we get excited about using until we looked at the cooking surface. it was 100% rusted and the grease pan was 90% full. This should not be here because they require maintenance after every use - I know because I have one at home. I'd stay here again, but only after Chad takes care of the things I told him about. Overall, very spacious and comfortable.

Greenville SC weekend stay
Communication with property ownership was spot on, I had absolutely no issues communicating with the property's management team. Chad, responded to all of my inquiries via email or text in a timely manner and any concerns that I had were addressed. All rooms were clean and all appliances worked with no issues, The home is located in a quiet neighborhood so it was a pleasure spending time there. Thank you, T. Weber

Visiting family/family get together in Greenville SC
Although the kitchen and bathrooms look new, bathroom sink was clogged shower had a leak when the shower was off that sprayed onto the bathroom floor. Shower curtains did not fit properly. Floors were not cleaned properly when we arrived, dust balls under beds, a few dead bugs,, and a fistful of dirt on one of the bedroom floors. Blinds were literally broken as in no privacy in a few of the bedrooms. An easy fix by heading to Walmart! So I will stop there. This property was a little rough around the edges.
