「The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. ...

Dried yellow running water marks on the bedroom walls, peeling ceiling with what looked like mold in the top corner of the kitchen and lots of loose bathroom tiles with a hole in the floor. Just a very old and not maintained well building.」
