  • Welcome to your Cozy, Close-to-Everything Cottage — an extroverted introvert’s dream that blends cozy charm with everyday convenience. You’ll be minutes from the Coliseum & Convention Center, yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood retreat.

    Perfect for a week-long convention, extended work assignment, or family getaway, this 2BR/2BA single-level home is designed for both comfort and flexibility. Features include an office/lounge flex space, vaulted ceilings, smart TV, usable garage, and quick access to PTI Airport, downtown Greensboro, High Point, and more.

    Sleeping Arrangements
    - Primary bedroom: Queen bed
    - Second bedroom: Twin daybed with additional twin trundle
    - Living room: Two full-size pull-out couches
    - Bonus: Queen air mattress and extra blankets stored in the chaise
    The home comfortably sleeps 6 and can host up to 8-10 if you don’t mind close quarters.
