Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Roaches, subpar housekeeping, no 24/7 front desk coverage as stated in description. No ice anywhere on premises. Wanted late check out, left 3 messages no response from front desk. Gentleman gave me another number to call but by that time he gave it to me we were packed and ready to leave. Will never stay here again and frankly I’m surprised/disappointed with VRBO for offering the property in your portfolio.
