「I enjoyed the stay in this cute apartment. It was a great location to be with my USF student for a few days. The amenities matched the description very well and Howard was a gracious host.」

「The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure 」

「We were there for a tour of USF, which is a 5 minute walk to campus. The space was great for three of us, though we didn’t spend much time there. The location was great for both the university and the rest of the city. If my daughter picks the school, we’ll be back」

He provided restaurant and activity recommendations and checked in with us throughout the stay to ensure that things were going well. I know the area well as I was visiting relatives and it suited my needs fine as a place to stay and spread out. It was a quick weekend so we didn’t have a lot of time to just hang out in the cottage. Our overall impression with it was kind of cute and funky, but could have been a little cleaner.」

For our stay it was very functional. The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances and a dishwasher.
