"We had a wonderful 3-day weekend at the farmhouse! The host was extremely friendly and responsive, and we loved being minutes from our favorite downtown Saluda restaurants and shops. The home was clean and well equipped (including a very nice speaker system for the TV!). We enjoyed fun evenings in the back area playing games by the fire. We look forward to staying again!"

"We absolutely loved staying at the Bird’s Nest in Saluda, NC! We all proclaimed how much we appreciated the comfortable recliners, soft mattresses, wonderful kitchen appliances, soothing hot tub, and amazing sunset views! We also loved the care to supply all possible useful cooking utensils as well as our favorite Mrs. Meyers soap products. Every detail of this rental home seemed curated for comfort!"

"Such a perfect family venue. We cooked, we grilled and just had the nicest time being together. Comfy accommodations, fun outdoor activities including a great fire pit and beautiful grounds. We walked into town for lunch and play one day and thoroughly enjoyed it! "

"The Cottage was very bright and clean and had everything we needed for our 2-night stay. We enjoyed evenings by the fire outside, and we went for a great hike during the day on a nearby trail. We recently stayed in the cabin on the same property, so we were familiar with the cottage's close proximity to downtown Saluda. You can get to the fantastic shops and restaurants in minutes! "

"This cabin was awesome. Pretty remote but also close to town. They were not kidding about needing AWD/4WD. The road to the house was steep and slick from rain and the driveway was also steep. I have an AWD suv, it did good but I really tested it at this cabin. The cabin is so cozy and perfect for a mountain getaway. "
