「Although it was a rainy weekend this place had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The game room/barn we a little suspect at 1st but I’m not really an outdoorsy person so I had to wipe some things down 1st and still didn’t really use it so much so I thought I would. 「My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful guest house for my sons graduation at Elon. The owners were super sweet and kind, even dropping us off for the graduation ceremony!!! It is minutes away from Elon University and I wish I knew about it four years sooner! We had a wonderful experience and I HIGHLY recommend this rental!!! No need to ever stay in a hotel when you visit your college student again!!!」

「What a great place to stay for the weekend! And all the little things that make the stay comfortable. This house has a circular driveway that makes it easy to unload the luggage and we really liked that it was one level. The bathroom had tons of room and a bidet! 「This property was a bit odd, but OK for our short stay to visit our daughter at college. Beds were comfortable and unit had most basics (towels, paper products, dishes). Conveniently located, grocery store was walkable, easy parking and access to unit. Unit needs some repairs but was overall fine. We came home one evening to very significant police presence in the complex, so the area may not be the best.」

The house was spacious & clean, providing more than adequate comfort for sleeping, cooking, and eating together - the latter both inside and outside. The location is a treasure tucked away in a quiet setting, yet helpfully very close to UNC and downtown Chapel Hill. 「The Owner and her Manager have done a exemplary job furnishing this 2/1 rental. The beds were outstanding and made the stay wonderful. The property has full size kitchen appliances with even an electric tea kettle. There is a Roku TV available in the living room for streaming. In a world of sketchy rentals, this property was a breath of fresh air. This was an overall great rental experience. Needless to say, I highly recommend reserving this property for your next Chapel Hill trip.」

「This is a beautiful house on the lake. We had a baseball tournament about 40 mins away in Greensboro. Well worth the drive. The house was very clean. They had all the amenities that you would need. The owner came over and introduced himself. Showed us how to you use the thermostat. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.」
