Stunning and Spacious Loft @ UNC

Located in the heart of Greeley, this urban loft offers a beautiful space to get away and relax while being close to everything you could need or want! Our loft sits directly above historic Margie's Java Joint and across the street from UNC's Central Campus. You'll be minutes away from Downtown Greeley, Island Grove Regional Park, and several of Greeley's best local spots for food and drink.

The space has large windows that allow natural light to pour in throughout the day, and exposed brick and duct work to give it that urban getaway feeling. The spacious and comfortable master bedroom with a king sized bed will ensure a good night's sleep, and the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy that morning cup of coffee.

In addition to the master bedroom, we also have 2 rollaway twin beds that can be brought out into the living room for parties of up to 4 people.

Guests will have a (1) dedicated onsite parking spot.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Guests will also have access to onsite coin-operated laundry.

We ask that guests restrict their use of the building to these two locations.

Self check-in with easy to use smart locks. A local host or co-host is always close by; ready to help with whatever you may need.

The loft is situated above several local businesses. It is just a few blocks away from Downtown Greeley and directly across from UNC. The neighborhood has a vintage feel and there is plenty to walk to nearby.

While there are plenty of cool spots to walk to nearby, Greeley is a fairly car-dependent city. There is a lot of parking near our loft, including 1 dedicated parking spot in a private lot for our guests.

You will be the only AirBnb guests in the building - all other apartments are occupied by long-term tenants.

Common areas outside of the loft are all maintained by the building owner, but if there are any issues we will get them addressed ASAP.

The back entrance that we ask our guests to use is not terribly attractive, but you're going to love your Urban Loft Getaway just upstairs!

Great place!
The parking was a bit hard to find, but overall we really enjoyed the place. Loved the exposed brick and the somewhat industrial feel. Would definitely stay again!

Great Loft and Close to Campus
Want to be close to campus, coffee shops and restaurants, this is the place to stay. Even though we never used it, the loft has a well stocked kitchen. Love the old world feel but with modern features. The balcony is perfect for unwinding or starting the day. Would stay here again!!! Try the French Bakery a few doors down, best pastries I have ever had!

Quiet Spacious and Hip
Almost perfect- the only thing that would have made it better was an elevator! ( we’re older, and had quite a lot of stuff to bring up the stairs- multiple trips- huff, huff.) The loft itself was very warm and welcoming, the bed cozy, and the kitchen was well appointed- there was even a nice spice collection, and a few other staples. (coffee!) The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet- no loud traffic, and the balcony view was an added bonus- watching the sun come up through the trees, cuppa coffee in hand, was a great way to start the day.

Great neighborhood to stay in.
We came up to Greeley for the weekend to explore the awesome breweries and tap houses. Weld works is always a favorite! Wiley Roots is cozy and their beers are delicious. We found a tap House just around the corner that was really up our alley! Wilson the bar tender knew so much about Greeley it was so fascinating to talk with him. Great little French bakery right there as well that we hit up in the morning. The property was clean and modern and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. We will definitely be back!
