Excellent stay. Hotel very clean . Towels changed everyday . Lovely pool right on the beach . Couldn’t. Have asked for a better location ,plenty of nice restaurants and bars within a two minute walk . reception staff were excellent. My husband left his phone in the taxi on the way to the airport. We phoned the hotel, They contacted the taxi company who came back to the airport to bring his phone . If it wasn’t for the lady on reception we wouldn’t have got it back . Would defiantly stay there again

We had an apartment room with 2 rooms and a kitchen area. Really spacious and excellent value for money. The cocktails - alcoholic and non-alcoholic are awesome. The pool is great with the beach a few steps away. We had a fabulous stay!

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly. Close to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Down side was the pool table and pool cues were very old and most of the cues were broken also no washing machine facilities. Our beach towels were a bit smelly by end of holiday.

We had a fantastic time at the Xenos Kamara Beach and would definitely return - good rooms, lovely pool, great beach and fantastic location. We had a 2 bed apartment which was large and clean with 2 wardrobes and a long balcony. The beds were very, very comfortable and sheets and towels were changed every 2/3 days. There were also complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchenette was adequate and we made use of the fridge. There was air con in both bedrooms (we didn’t pay extra for air con as it was included in our booking with ebookers). Our room was very quiet and overlooked the garden. The WiFi worked at all times in our room and by the pool even with all our devices running at the same time. The pool area is lovely and sun beds were available at most times of the day. Best of all the beach is just 10 steps away. The beach directly in front of the hotel has a little bridge and is quite stoney. We used the beach that was 10 steps to the left of the hotel and it was lovely. The water was clear and warm and it was great for snorkelling. There is some seaweed on the edges but this didn’t bother us and if you walk to the next bit of beach (20 metres) the water is completely clear. If you walk to the right there are pedalos/jet skis etc for hire. We booked room only as we had read previous reviews that stated breakfast was poor. Instead we used to buy fresh pastries from Grekas bakery or ordered breakfast off the menu at the hotel. The hotel bar offers a range of drinks/

Great location in centre of resort and by the sea

Location is central and on the seafront. It was strange to have no lounge or seating area in the apartment, just the four chairs around the kitchen table. There is one wardrobe located as you enter the apartment, but no chests of drawers. The air conditioning works well although you couldn’t leave it on when you went out as it needed the fob from the door key to make it work, There were plenty of sun beds around the pool, which was next to the sea and although people were reserving them with towels you could usually get a couple whatever time of day. We had paid extra for a sea view room, requesting a high floor, but on arrival were allocated a room with a view of the roof of the pool bar with a steady thump thump audible in the bedrooms from the music in the bar. We asked if we could be moved but were told the hotel was full and a move to a side sea view room would be illegal (?) We were very disappointed with the lack of sea in our view and the noise but accepted it had only been a request and although we didn’t feel it was the sea view we paid for resigned ourselves to it. Hotels. com then sent us an email to rate our check-in experience, we weren’t too happy so rated it accordingly. Straight away we had an email from the hotel asking us to go to Reception the next day and they would try to find us a better room. We did this and were moved 2 days later to a room on the top floor with a fantastic view and no noise other than the sound of the waves.

This resort is very well situated and has everything you need within steps away. It is however a very narrow little beach by you do have the option of the pool. All and all, a lovely experience.

Okay hotel

This hotel is okay. It has a good location right on the small beach & close to argassi centre. The rooms are cleaned daily. However when you use the shower the drain in the floor outside the shower overflows into the bathroom which isn't pleasant. The pool area is nice if you are a smoker - everyone smokes around it all day long which is really unpleasant if you don't smoke. Also the cleaning products they use for The pool destroy your swimwear. We had to bin 2 bikinis & 2 pairs of swimshorts as they were stained green with whatever chemicals they use and we're completely ruined. We ate at the hotel once and the food wasn't great. I had a jacket potato that wasn't cooked so I was eating raw potato. My husband had a burger which was cheap and not nice at all. This hotel is for those on a budget.

Great Location!

Great location right on sea front. Near to local bars and tavernas but quiet. Very clean rooms. Bar serves great cocktails and meals and snacks all day. Reception area clean modern and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Rustig gelegen hotel direkt aan zee

Het hotel is rustig gelegen, direkt aan zee. Als je de straat uitloopt zit je direkt in het levendige centrum van Argassi met zijn vele restaurantjes. De kamers zijn ruim en er is een keukentje en een groot balkon. De schoonmaak is uitstekend. Het ontbijt was a la carte waarbij koffie of thee zat, vruchtensap, 2 toast en de keuze uit omelet of Griekse Yoghurt of vers fruit. Parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel waren geregeld vol waardoor we de huurauto geregeld aan de hoofdstraat moesten zetten. Het zwembad was prima, er waren ruim voldoende ligbedden en parasols en het werd iedere avond keurig schoongemaakt. Al met al hebben wij hier een heerlijke week gehad.

Appartamento come da foto!!!

Appartamento come da foto, vicinissimo al mare ottima vista su Zante città. In cucina pochissimi utensili, nemmeno una padella, solo due pentoline. Io ho comprato dei contenitori per portarci qualcosa in spiaggia che poi ho lasciato li. Quando facevamo la doccia la schiuma usciva dal sifone. Ci sono pochi posti macchina infatti spesso dovevamo lasciarla sulla strada principale, che ci starebbe pure ma poi ci siamo accorti che quei pochi posti che hanno li usano i dipendenti. L'ultimo giorno dovevamo lasciare la stanza alle 12,00. Gli abbiamo chiesto se potevamo rimanere fino alle 15:00, e ci hanno chiesto 80,oo euro. Un po' troppo per essere in Grecia. Agassi è un punto strategico dell'isola quindi la consiglio. Zante è un gioiello.

Fantastic find

Great family-friendly hotel located directly on the beach. Reasonably priced rooms and food. We stayed in many different hotels during our trip and this one had the most comfortable bed and pillows by far. This hotel has it all - location, comfort, amenities, and value.

Really close to the beach, all staff are wonderfully helpful. Apartments are very spacious, both bedrooms had airconditioning which was much needed to sleep comfortable as Greece is quite humid. Xenos Kamara Beach is well worth the money and I’ll probably stay again.

Should definitely be graded more than 2-star!

Why this is only rated as 2 star is beyond me! Rooms were spotless, beds were large and comfortable, and all relevant cooking facilities were available, air-con was included with our booking and worked excellently. Balcony was large with good views (even though it was at the side of the hotel and described as having partial sea views). The staff were friendly and attentive. The snack bar and drinks were reasonably priced and excellent quality. The pool area looking on to the beach was spacious and always clean with plenty of umbrellas and areas for shade if required. The main street with an array of ATMs, supermarkets, bars and restaurants was just 30 metres from the hotel door. Family friendly, accessibility was great with ramps and lifts (we had a pushchair for the baby). Free Wifi throughout which kept our 2 teens happy! What more can I say!? Would definitely recommend to others and return next time we visit the island.

Great week in Zante

This hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms were very clean and spacious and having 2 bedrooms plus kitchen/diner was a bonus. Can’t fault the place for the money. Excellent value overall, good choice of drinks and food at the bar, and it is 10m from the beach. The pool is well maintained too with loads of sun beds that are free.

L hotel che si trova in argassi è un ottima base di viaggio per spostarsi tra le varie città dell' isola. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile, pulito e comodo da raggiungere dall' aereoport o, a due passi da zante e dalle altre città più importanti, le camere sono accoglienti con comodi letti e sempre ben pulita. Unica pecca per la cucina che risulta poco fornita negli utensili da cucina ma ci si arrangia! Il wi fii funziona bene

A solid 3.5 star On-The-Beach ApartHotel

We had a good stay. We have stayed here about 5-6 times over the years. The staff were quick to answer and address any needs. The rooms had been updated somewhat, and were better. The Wifi was spotty in the room but great in the lobby. It was a tight fit for four adults but perfect for a family of four; two adults and two children. Unfortunately, this is the first time we didn't book direct with the hotel and we booked through Expedia, and they were not very helpful with changing any aspect of our reservation or even fulfilling what we thought we were getting. When they say "Beachfront or Ocean Front" they mean maybe a good room with a balcony, or maybe a room stuck behind the bar. I'm thankful that the staff at the hotel was able to move us after 1 night into a better room and up to our expectations for the high amount of money per night (the most we had ever been charged on Zante) that we had spent. We booked two rooms and both rooms came up with being charged for 4 adults staying in each room, with the subsequent EXTRA charges. So be careful to make sure that there isn't anything added on that you didn't request. Expedia WILL NOT change even though our guests were stuck in a city with a hurricane and a closed airport, they did not adjust and kept ALL of our money. I will not EVER book anything with Expedia or Hotels.com ever again.

Very comfortable hotel in Argassi

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment Everything was brand new Huge beds and spacious rooms Only note about the pool open and free for everyone so that hotel customers do not find sunbeds easily

Nice hotel great staff. Close to beach

Lovely hotel. Staff great. Room cleaned daily. Only thing is main balcony was accessed via twin room so once kids were in bed it couldn't really be used without waking them and master bedroom balcony too small to use. But had great views and everything you needed.

Clean, great room size, lovely staff but noisy.

We were in a quadrant which echoed the slightest noise. Luckily we were there at a quiet time but even so the noise of people talking, moving chairs on the other balconies we found disturbed us at night and early mornings. Could see this being a big problem if all the rooms were occupied. Also the very loud, live music coming from the street 4 out of 7 nights was challenging. It started at 11 and went on until 2.30 in the morning. There is air conditioning in the room for no extra cost and if we closed our doors and shutters and used this, it was better. However, we like an open window at night, and if you do too, then I would not recommend this hotel. It was not busy and was very good. During peak summer months? Could be a very different story. On top of the beach, supermarkets, and lots of great tavernas within walking distance, ideal if you are young and want a like a good night life.

der Ausblick vom Panaramabalkon ist ein Traum. Wir hatten eine schönen Blick auf das Merr, Zante und auf die Berge. Das Zmmer hatte 2 Schlafräume, eine kleine Küche und Esstisch. Jeden Morgen haben wir eine Tasse Tee auf unserem Balkon getrunken. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants, wo man wunderbar Frühstücken kann. Im Hotel gibt es die gleiche Möglichkeit ab ca. 08:00 Uhr. Das Taxi vom Flughafen kostet € 18,00.
