Good survice quality and access

All the hotel officers are very kind and dedicated. I really appreciate their kindness. Location is so nice that we can easily reach OIA castle and grasp beautiful sunset. There is room to be improved on smart phone and wifi connection, but it is only limited area. Thank you very much.

イアの夕陽を部屋から鑑賞ができて、ロケーションは最高でした。鏡が磨かれていないため、顔がはっきり映らなかったので、手持ちの鏡で代用した。

滞在に最適なホテル

新婚旅行でハネムーンスイートビューに滞在しました。部屋はメゾネットタイプで、1階にリビング・キッチン・バスルーム（洗面所・シャワー・トイレ）、2階にベッドルーム・バスルーム（簡易シャワー・トイレ）があります。今までホテルでゆっくりするという旅行はしたことがなかったですが、それに最適な素晴らしいホテルでした。絶景ポイントであるアギオス・ニコラウス要塞よりさらに海側にあるため、夕陽はホテルの高台から見ることができます（宿泊者しか利用できないので、毎日自分たち含め2組程度しかいませんでした）。ちなみにホットタブ付きの部屋の人たちはタブに入りながら見ていたので、こちらの部屋にしても良かったなと思いました。 10月中旬でも日中は半袖で十分な暑さだったため、プールも楽しみました。コンパクトな作りですが、利用しているゲストはほとんどいなかったのでプールサイドでもくつろげました。朝食は8：30からで、ギリシャヨーグルトなど一般的なものですがどれも美味しかったです。8：30より早く発つときは前日に軽食を部屋に持ってきてくれます。ただラスクやクッキーなどの簡単なものなのであまり期待はできないです。みなさん書かれているように、ホテルから駐車場の徒歩10分は階段の上り下りが中心なので、年配の方は大変だと思います（スーツケースは運んでもらえますが）。また、バスルームではトイレにシャワーがかからないよう少し工夫が必要でした。

とても綺麗でした^ ^

空港まで送り迎えもしていただいて、大きなキャリーケースもポーターさんが運んでくれました。ホテルからブルードームは見えない位置にありますが、また違った白い景色が見れて良かったです★ お部屋もとても綺麗でした！11時チェックアウトで16頃にホテルを出る予定でしたが、フロントにあるシャワーも貸してくれようとしてくれました♪(使用しませんでしたが) あとはオススメのディナーも予約してくださってとても助かりました^ ^ お部屋についてるプールは温水ですが、共通のプールは冷たいので10月はお部屋のプールしか入れません( ੭ु´_ゝ`)੭ु⁾⁾ 立地条件としては、サントリーニ全体的に階段状になっていて上り下りが激しいので、ここのホテルだけという訳ではなく、全体的に足腰が健康でないとちょっと心配かなと思います！サービスはとても良かったです^ ^ ありがとうございました＊

景色は最高。部屋も良かったです。

景色を見るなら最高の立地条件のホテルです。イアの最西端の海に面した崖に張り付くようにホテルの部屋があり、砦の展望台からホテルの部屋が見えます。送迎は空港とフィラの港からのみで、フィラのバスターミナルへの送迎はないそうです。送迎車は郵便局のある駐車場までしか入れませんので、駐車場からはポーターさんを呼んでホテルの部屋まで荷物を歩いて運んでもらう形になります。帰りは送迎を頼まず自力でパスターミナルまで向かいましたが、それでも部屋から郵便局のある駐車場まではポーターさんにスーツケースを運んでもらいました。景色は良いですがホテルの部屋まで急な階段を上り下りするので、足腰の弱い方にはつらいかもしれません。朝食はフロントの前で景色を見ながら食べます。とてもおいしかったです。部屋も広く、快適に滞在できました。

イアの夕日が素晴らしいホテル

どれをとっても素晴らしい。空港、港からの無料送り迎え、送迎車からホテルまでの往復はポーターが荷物を担いでくれる。サービスや立地も申し分なくプライベート空間で夕日をみることができます。唯一、送迎は他の人との相乗りのため時間が少し希望通りにはいかないくらいです。

空港から送り迎えもスムーズに進み、大変満足のいく宿泊をさせてもらいました。予約した部屋が、部屋から夕陽が見られるタイプではなかったので、夕陽を部屋から見たい場合は予約内容を確認するといいです。朝食は8:30からと案内がありますが、少し早めに準備されています。基本的に同じメニューですが、日によって少し変化はありました。ギリシャヨーグルトは非常に美味しかったです。カルデラの下部に位置するので、メインロードからの往来は少し体力が必要なので、高齢者や乳幼児のいる家族は要注意です。ポーターさんは30kgを超えるスーツケースを軽々と運んでいたので驚きました。

Honeymoon Cave Suite Hot Tubに3泊。どのタイプも1つ1つ部屋のつくり、眺望が違うため、また違う部屋も試してみたいと思いましたが、今回アサインされたお部屋も大満足。Hot Tubは完全なプライベート空間ではないタイプだったので水着着用ですが、ほとんど他の宿泊客と顔を合わせることなく、静かに過ごせました。眺めがよくホテルから夕日も見え、立地はばっちりですが、坂は多い。噂通り、夕日スポットの要塞は1時間以上前から場所取りの人が集まってくるので、ゆったり夕日を眺めるにはいいです。部屋以外にもフリースペースあり。空港や港との往復は無料送迎あり、重い荷物もポーターさんが持ってくれるので楽です。

空港からの送迎が着いていたのと、ホテルの場所が城壁からすぐだったので、とても良かったです。ただ、部屋はプールのすぐそばで、プールの消毒剤の匂いが少ししたのと、朝食会場のすぐ前だったので、少し落ち着かなかったです。あと、夕日は部屋から見えませんでした。

イアの夕日の鑑賞場所として有名な古城にほど近い場所にあります。そのため、ホテルの部屋からイアの夕日を独占してゆっくりと眺めることができます。私達の部屋は外に温水ジャグジーが付いている部屋だったので、夜はやや肌寒くなる10月に泊まりましたが、夜でも全く寒くなく入ることができ、ジャグジーに浸かり、夕日や白いサントリーニの景色を眺めながら、ワインを飲みながら過ごす時間は、至福の時間でした。空港や港までの無料送迎があり、駐車場からはスタッフの方がスーツケースを担いで階段ばかりの道を運んでくれるので、本当に楽でした。スタッフの方も、英語の拙い私達に、分かりやすい英語で説明してくれ、何度聞いても嫌な顔せず、笑顔で対応してくれました。レストランの予約や、タクシーの予約などもすぐに対応してくれました。唯一気になる点を挙げるなら、朝食の時の虫やハエの多さぐらいです。フィラの街にも行きましたが、私はイアの方が趣があって、雰囲気も落ち着いていて、好きでした。本当におすすめです。

The rude bell-boy broke my suitcase

The hotel locates the place where taxies cannot enter so you have to ask bell-boy to bring your suitcases. It's almost impossible to bring them by yourselves because of many up and downs. And, when I left the hotel, the bell-boy broke my suitcase. The guy was so rude and administrative in the hotel didn't reply to me. If you want to protect your suitcase, I won't recommend here.

Dear Mitsuaki , We are sorry that your suitacase was broken .Unfortunately , we are not sure that it was broken by our bell boy.Please note that our bell boys carry A LOT OF suitcases during the day and never any of them was broken .Perhaps your suitcase was about to break and it happened when our bell boy was carrying it.But this is not our bell boy's fault . In your email ,you were asking for compensation from us for the broken suitcase . We would like to remind you , because you have probably forgotten it , that you did not pay for your departure transfer , as it was complimentary from us .And that is before you complain for the broken suitcase .But unfortunately , you did not appreciate that and you were asking for more . We are sorry that a broken suitcase was the reason that you did not enjoy your stay with us.We hope to see you in the future and exceed your expectations .

夕日が綺麗に見えるホテル

ホテルまでは坂道をかなり下ります。イアのバスターミナルからは徒歩で１０分くらい。ダブルベッドと最低限のスペースのお部屋で、このお値段かぁ…と思いましたが、ホテルの敷地内から夕日が見えたので良しとします。室内は綺麗に整頓されており清潔。部屋の外の話し声は筒抜けです。私有地で他の観光客は入って来られないので、広々としたスペースで夕日を見られました。朝食は普通です。半屋外に食べ物が置いてあるので、ハエが止まっているのが気になりました。総合的にお値段の割には小綺麗な普通のホテルという感じ。ゆっくり夕日を見たい方はお金を出す価値有りです。

ここからの夕陽は格別

空港までは無料で迎えに来てくれます。ホテルまで坂がたいへんですが立地は最高です。他の観光客は何時間も前から場所取りしていましたが部屋の前に出るだけで水平線に沈む夕陽が見ることができて感動しました。

駐車場からホテルまで階段がたくさんありましたが、ホテルの方がキャリーバッグを担いで運んでくださったのでとても助かりました。チェックアウトの日に朝食の時間より前にホテルを出ると伝えると、前日の夜に朝食を部屋まで運んでくれ、とても親切に対応してもらえました。

Disapointed...

The location is good and the room is clean and beautiful. However overall services which we did not satisfied with... I wanted a hot shower, but only cold or lukewarm water came out. Asked the hotel staff to check out but kept waited long and not solved problem... Also we were about to miss our flight due to the porters delayed by 30 mins to meet up time with us... The man who took to airport was nice and well followed up us. But I think I would choose another accommodation if i have a chance.

Dear Anonymous , We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us . Please note you that you were informed upon your arrival at the Hotel that the water heater works independently and you have to turn it on at least 20 minutes before taking a shower .Water heaters in Greece do not work as they work abroad , where you have hot water any time of the day . Also , we apologise for delaying in handing over your luggage with our Porters , but there was not a chance that you would miss your flight , as our Driver dropped you off at the Airport at least one Hour prior to your flight .We hope you give us the chance in the future to take a better care of you .

本当に写真みたいに綺麗で素敵なホテルでした。フロントも親切でした。早朝便で出たのですが、前日の夜に簡単な朝食を用意してお部屋に届けてくれました。滞在中に一度ホテル全体のブレーカーが落ちたのですが、思いがけず真っ暗になったおかげで満天の星空を見ることができました。メインストリートから少し階段を下ったところにあって、この階段がけっこうハードです。でもそのおかげでホテルはとても静かで過ごしやすいです。スーツケースを持ってここまでメインストリートから歩くのはかなり無理があるので、ホテルからお勧めされるように出発/到着のピックアップとポーターサービスは頼んだ方がいいです。

ロケーションいう事なしのすばらしいホテル

サントリーニ島のほぼ先端近くにある本島にロケーションのすばらしいホテルです。イアのホテルはどこも独自で探し当てるのは地図があっても至難の業です。ホテルからの案内通り電話でポーターに迎えに来てもらった方が良いです。

ここが”イア”というホテル

イアのメインストリートから坂道を2～3分下ったところにあります。地図を見ながら自力で行こうとしましたが見つからず断念しバスターミナル近くにある観光案内所で聞くことにしました。そうすると、チェックインはここで済ませて後は迎えが来るので待っているように言われました。10分と言われましたが待つこと30分で迎えの人が来て荷物を持ってくれてホテルへ案内されました。部屋は洞窟状に作られており決して綺麗とは言えませんが良く清掃されており清潔です。ホテルの西半分の部屋からは夕日が見えますが他の部屋は見えません。しかし歩いてすぐ上のところのホテル敷地内にテラス状の見晴台があり夕日見物には絶好です。私たち夫婦はイスとワインを持ち込み雑踏の中で見ている人を尻目にとても良い時間を過しました。プール奥のテラスで頂く朝食は品数も結構ありとても美味しかったです。メインストリートからの坂道はさほど苦にはなりませんがロバの通り道になっておりロバの落し物の臭いや踏まないように気を付けなければなりません。イアを訪ねる際は荷物は小さめにすることをお奨めします。旧市街地は急な坂や段差が多く、大きなスーツケースの人達は大変な苦労をしていました。迎えに来てくれたホテルの人も慣れているとは思いますが荷物運びがとても大変そうでした。古い洞窟ホテルや旧市街地に拘らないのであれば、比較的平坦で移動が楽なイア市街の東の方の地区がお奨めです。目安としてはイア中心にある青い屋根の大聖堂より東（地図では右）の方が比較的新しく平坦な地区です。

夕日が見えるホテル

今回、フィラを起点に1泊だけこちらのホテルを利用させて頂きました。バスターミナルからは結構歩きますが、街を散策したりお土産を探すには良い立地です。また、チェックインはバスターミナル内にあるインフォメーション(？ )でします。シングルユースでしたが、寝室とキッチンの付いた部屋に案内して頂き、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーです。朝食ブュッフェはなかなか全品揃わないので、ゆっくり向かうのが良いと思います。

This lovely hotel is in a convenient location approx 10 mins walk away from Oia town centre. There is also a small mini market 5 mins walk away. Lots of steep steps around this hotel in order to go into town centre. We used the porter service the hotel kindly provided to help carry our suitcases during check in & check out. This service is really useful otherwise it would have been difficult to find this hotel on our own. Breakfast is lovely, good variety of options for vegetarians as well. Pool was nice, it is not heated so would recommend choosing one of their rooms with hot tub. Overall this place is kept very clean and the staff are kind and helpful.

Customer service was inadequate. There was no help with luggage during check in or out. We were assured there would be someone to help with out luggage during our check out due to mobility issues and limited physical capability. We waited until 3:50am and our ride to the airport was supposed to pick us at 4am. The front desk staff did not understand us, we tried to clarify that we needed help with our luggage multiple times and the receptionist assured us someone would be there to help us carry our bags but no one showed up at the time we requested there was a very big communication barrier. We will not be staying here in the future.

Credit Card Fraud

Only after a few hours after checking into the hotel and having our credit card scanned our card was compromised. Even though we had our room paid in full before arrival, they took copies of our passports and credit card. After speaking to the front desk about it, we were told it's not there problem. We explained that the card was ONLY used at their hotel. Again...not there problem. At breakfast the next morning we found 4 more people with the same issue. Again the hotel said it's not our problem. Luckily our credit card company caught it, but it created a huge problem for the remainer of our holiday. BEWARE!!!!!

All payments made by Oia Mare Villas mention Oia Mare Villas on your bank statement In case you see another company that charged you without your permission , you should contact them and not blame the hotel .Please be sure of what you say, before you accuse someone for hacking and stealing , as this might cause you legal damage, in case you cannot prove what you are assuming .

The reviews for this property were very mixed so I wasn't sure what to expect -- but Oia Mare Villas was perfection! The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful ocean view and private outdoor jacuzzi. The hotel staff were helpful and informative, helping coordinate transfers from the airport and to the port as well as provide and arrange excursions for us. The steps up and down Oia to the property are not for those who are not steady on 2 foot unassisted. My mom (in her 60s) has a bad knee and had trouble with them. We just took our time. The hotel staff will meet you at the top of town to take your bags down for you. Make sure to tip them well! It was very busy in Oia starting around 10am, but that was expected. We enjoyed the sunset from the hotel property two of the three nights we were there, and the crowds that gather at the top of Oia are many. It's quite the experience. I can't wait to return!
